The way to kill this big bio muther is to keep shooting him in the mouth, as you do he will keep throwing you to the side, which doesn't hurt you, but quickly get back to shooting him in the gob - if he claws you then you're not hitting him in the mouth. After a few rounds the freak falls to the ground, but you don't need to hit him while he's down, he's not going anywhere!?

I've read somewhere that he blinks every now and then but because there's a limit on how long you can use the darkness in that way you can only stay down there for like 20 seconds.
