I just use abreva creme, lysine vitamins, and acycloveir medicine. and i still get them, but they are small and not very noticeable. but thats just my 2 cents.

i have one right now also, i never ever got them on my lips or face i always got them on my nose, they start from the inside and they spread to the top of my nose because i used to mess wit it! i used to hate goin to skoo wit girls looken at me like i was a monster...but usually when i get one if its at a early stage when they look like a pimple i would use vaseline on it to stop it from spreading and to keep it moist so it can die as it looks instead of turning into a soar. then i ice it down

Who gives a flyn Rats ass on how the secrets help how did u Fix your issue? I have to admit that your video sucks. I thought you were going to inform us what was the treatment you used to eliminate your cold sore.

@vanni15 To treat it, Apply an ice cube to the cold sore for 5 mins every hour for two day. Afterwards, with a q-tip, apply nail polish removal on the cold sore. Do this at least 6-8 times a day until the cold sore goes away (usually last 5-6 days). To help reduce out breaks, take one L-lysine, use lip balm such as Car-mex everyday. Avoid extreme sun exposure and avoid stress. Double the dose of carmex and L-lysine when ill with a cold or flu.

@995littleone I can only speak from my own experience but yes, it does work. The treatment reduces the swelling by half. Just be sure NOT to touch it because it is contagious. I'm just sharing this info to help others who have this damn curse.

are you talking the cold sores not caused by herpes cuz i have a little sore that like 2 milimeter diameter and i worried~
