@Gekkopredi They are nocturnal, try putting a red light on them and watch them at night. My guys at home are quite entertaining to watch. :)

i have childrens play sand in with mine, it hasnt done yet but what if the sand falls on top of the when they burrow and they get caved in? can they un-bury themselves?

Those arn't even petrii! they're stenodactylus sthenodactylus. Petrii have much thinner tails

i thought Stenodactylus doriae had the long thin tails.

Doriae have like super thin tails and petri are kinda inbetween. Either way your stenos are gorgeous mate so just ignore me :P

@oggiereptiles He is correct in saying they arent petrii but its a very easy mistake to make petrii and doriae look very simlare i just got a petrii, great vid though :D

Stenos are desert dwellers, they dont need moisture.

A good sand to use is play sand. Stay away from calcium sand.
