I still think that the Kaibutsu and Sabitsuki are kinda the same, only the Kaibutsu lost to rust, and lost there sanity. They were once like Sabi, just like the children that are dying in the hospital look just like Sabi and +Smile+ and the Kaibutsu. Losing to Rust and the demons.

@AdamantSystems Bloody wounds from the rust demons. Haven't you seen what happens if too many rust demons attack you? Your flesh falls apart and you feel constant pain, like your mind is rotting away and all you can do is scream. And you wonder why the Kaibutsu go insane?
