OK, the narrator of this video is dumb and so is the writer of it. Dragging the body through the water is EASIER because the body is lifted because it is buoyant. The "waterlogged antelope makes it so much heavier" wow, they have tiny brains huh? Anyway, one other main and major thing: THEY'RE NOT SWIMMING!!! They're walking through water - there's a big difference! Anything to get a view, huh? I hope next time-if it's a desperation view, it's not a beautiful animal's life fleeting like a flower

@DreamStars21 Its heavier because the fur got wet. Try putting ur teddy bear into water it'll become heavier too, the buoyancy does not make it all that easier.

@leonghk12 Thanks for the reply, however the body is still enormously easier to carry and move in the 2-3 feet of water it is resting in. I have worked underwater with various textured objects - masses containing water become a fraction of what they normally are. The fur soak is insignificant to the lift the water gives. I would love to challenge u to a race to see who can drag the body faster - me in that marsh, or u on dry land. I would literally do a rescue swim using one arm faster than u

... No offense, but your knowledge is futile.

Try soaking a towel in water (like fur) and tell me how much more it feels like it weights after you take it out of the water and it has about 5 Kilograms more of weight on it.

Working in water does seem like a good experience but I think you've misunderstood the concept of water absorbing and the bouyancy in water which makes all objects weigh less.

The lion can only easily drag the antellope as long as its body is submerged.

But I've been arguing that the lion IS having it easier in the water the whole time. My point is that the narrator and writer are fools for saying it is so much more difficult to move Because it is in the water. So now, u agree that it is easier to move in the water, the narrator and writers were fools.
