I loved Looking for Alaska. I connected with her in the sense that she was someone I could feel sad with. When she .....ya know lol [ no spoilers here ] I was even more sad, and confused. But I love what John Green did with the book. Pudge was someone who really felt connected to each person, and also myself. He had such a magnetic personality. Looking at the intro of the book, and then seeing where it took you-- it was an absolute joy to read.

I loved Life of Pi. I also loved Looking For Alaska, but I'm sure that's not a surprise.
