juggernaut and stopping power work when both players are using the same weapon class. A sniper V A Assualt guy..... Sniper = stopping power Assualt = jugg,... it doesnt work out there as you need two bullets on a one shot kill weapon,... maybe a M16 v M16 one with jugg one with stopping power will be countered and it will be like both dont have either on.
