  • common misconception. its extremely hard for woman to bulk up due to the lack of testosterone in a woman's body

  • you can do 3 sets of 8-12 reps but diet and exerscie is what really burns off flab

  • Sorry no offence in anyways. You are not fat you are just azy and not active enough. Go out side and play for about 30 minute each day or more, if you parents don't let you go that's mean they are killing you not care for you.

  • hi listen you have have to buildup your muscle its also depends on your natural build to. if you have a good frame the lifting weight will be easier. but honestly take your time doing your exercises and most importtantly enjoy it soon you will see gains. My shoulders just came out from nowhere but just kept at it :)

  • hello maybe i can help you...when i was 12-13 i was 164 LB and now im 132...what i did is took my bike out with my bussys and we would go down to a dirt track...and we would ride bikes or we would just go donw and skate with our rollerblades...i lost aorund 15 Lb in the first two months and then i joind a hockey team and lost alot more and over the weeksnd i would go down to the local soccer field and play soccer with friends.Hockey and soccer are really efective...also rollerblading and BMX...

  • Ok.. so I did these yesterday. About 30 on each arm and today my upper back hurts REALLY REALLY bad. Is that normal?

  • SOreness is normal after the first time

  • yeah soreness is normal after excercise for the first time.

    But just remember that you should take it easy when starting a new exercise, other wise you may feel too much soreness as a result or you could do yourself damage, (particularly with really vigorous excercises) this is a fairly gentle exercise i think, but still, maybe start with just doing about 5-10 each arm until you get used to the excercise. You arms will get stronger the more you do it.
