  • It's good, it must have been unusual circumstances under which you felt the need to disable the ratings.

  • I liked the encounter of present and past in the narrative, like a fleeting memory carried by the wind (around 2.25). A lovely stroll.

  • Just gorgeous. The construction reminds me a little of New Grange. A gorgeous, poetic meditation.

  • Very beautiful...

  • Just wonderful, your evocation. Hard hats off to the builders of the marvel now remains, and to you for your artistry. Cheers!

  • Glad to see more of your work back at channel 1. Like Masabo, I enjoy the image of harvesting the wind. I also enjoy the cadence of lines such as the one about the goats. Nice work.

  • Thank you for giving me five minutes of oneness. When your video ended harvesting only the wind, I heard crickets chirping under the still parching sun outside the window. I could experience another Europe from an oriental room.

  • Beautiful, amazing, interesting, thank you Andrew!

This year there has not been rain for 4 months. John Piper's comment of 'beautiful decay' with regards to the English landscape has a kind of validity here, tragic as it is.

  • Super! It took a while to realise that 720p HD is best viewing mode (for me at any rate) as then the download was better and on viewing again, having absorbed the components you have used, I was able to settle down and appreciate the interaction between the twin screens when employed, the voice over and palpable magic of the stone shelter and the landscape. It's clear that this was a labour of love and is communicated effectively. The 'silken thread' puzzled me for a moment then -(contd)
