I agree outsourcing has to stop, its hampering growth both ways.With outsourcing Indians have quick growth but in the long run its dangerous for my country if we want to be technically advanced. I have also observed lately that a lot many Indians have become extremely arrogant. Its not that their degrees are phony or anything, infact we have very tough competition to get into university/schools in India.But, da outsourcing has made the Indian sci&tech starve without originality!
