If you want to lose weight more rapidly don't eat more than 20g of carbs a day. You will see the pounds fly off. I went from 437 to 315 in less than 6 months and lose between .4-1 lb/day
@tanit Bottom line is, nutrition is vastly more important than exercising (for weight loss). Exercising just increases your metabolic health - the amount of kcals you need to burn to lose weight from exercise is impossible. You can probably eating bread and shit. Well, stop.

Okay hwres the deal look fast for atleast 17 hours so basically Stop eating at like 6 pm and sleep at3 am and wakeupmat 12 am and do this once a week it works youl understand what happens when you try it btw ive lost all my excess weight in 3 months and my bmi is perfect at 22 now althe way down from 29,6
To make it easier for me not to see all videos xD can you make a slide about how much pounds you lost like a picture slide show :) i would be very interesting to see and comparing and contrast lol

I personally have never been overweight, but if it happens when I get older, I'm going to think of you and how you succeeded with hard work and commitment. I really do admire you Pete. I dont think you understand that .6 pounds isnt losing weight, thats just natural weight fluctuation. taking a piss causes you to lose 1 or 2 pounds sometimes, how do you know you didnt just take a bigger piss, drank less water, etc before you weighed yourself?
@TheRealChiefVlogger yeah but since its natural weight fluctuation you will gain it back the next time you eat/drink anything. the point of real weight loss is to actually lose weight and not gain it back in a week. I can weigh 192lbs, then go to the bathroom and in 5min weigh 189lbs. so yeah I "lost" 3lbs but its not real weight loss, its weight fluctuation.
