Here's some advice from a 17 year videographer. Get a cheap tripod it will increase steadiness by almost 99%. The most they cost is around 100-200 but u can get one for 5-20 bucks off eBay or amazon.

@tagdata12 yes it's true limit 12min 4gb file size ,,but it doesn't mean that you can only record 12min on 64gb or 16gb 8gb..it's about recording 12 continually ,,you have to start a new record every 12min ~

yes this isn't true ,,you can use auto / manual focus while recording a movie with any lens ,,but i recommend Manual ~

Dude get a glidecam. If you were to use a glidecam I'd actually appreciate your hard work.. But I can't stand all these wannabe "film makers" when the camera looks like it's in a earthquake half the time.

People Attention Attention, When you buy a sd card for the canon 600d make sure that it is class 9 or above otherwise you will not be able to film more than 5 seconds in full hd, Thumbs up so that people can see

@danthemacbookpro Ive got a Class 10 SanDisk Xtreme SD card at 4GB which reads 60min video recordable on it but what i want to know is that how much can the CAnon 600D record before its full?

@Liara1991 the canon 600d can record can film 12 mins when the card is 4gb in one go. but in total you can record to fill up the sd card which when it is 4gb is about 90mins of full hd video

@ASE504 it depends on what are u going to shoot ,,i think the 18-55mm is good for every use ,and it have a Image Stabilization which can be useful sometimes ,,i recommend the 50mm 1.8 for movie shooting ,it's great lens very good image quality and excellent for night shooting ~

@KyleLovesBrittany0 yes sony vegas 9 ,,i haven't tried 7 version ,,but i don't think there a big difference between the two version since i have used basic tools ,,like brightness & contrast ,,color correction secondary, etc ,,but the better you'r shots were captured = better result u get ,,but try to avoid while shooting , over exposure shoots ,,i have some areas in the video where the bad high light i couldn't fix that in the Editing processing ,,message me for help ~

@macgirl1986 i think about 22 min ,,,but you Can't record 22min continuous because Canon has limited the recording time to 12min (4gb maximum size )
