@angileka1987 Because the Mcdonalds you got it from is not professional. All Mcdonalds have holding cabnets and they are suppose to throw out food that has been sitting there for a while. The little punk that served you does not know what he is doing and if it happens too many times than the manager in charge does not know what he is doing. You can ask for them to make a fresh pattie, they will do it. Just say you like it straight off the grill.

And while I too dislike corporate greed, there's something to be said about a quick and reliable restuarant that can be found all around the country. I'm not saying it's "good", I'm just saying that national and international corporations can function as a cross-cultural unifying force.
