How would you go about "training" them?

I would train using clicker training to capture the dogs behavior. In this case barking so that the dog will bark on command and stop barking on command also

@MattPhairUK have you used this method to train a dog not to bark? I'm clicker training my border collie now, I can get him to stop barking excessively but he will still bark occasionally.

@MattPhairUK Retard the collar isnt punishment. it sprays them with basicly water. and when it does you tell them quiet thus teaching them. You dont leave it on them, u make them wear it during their problem sessions to show them that u want them to stop when u say.

We also make an unscented spray. The short burst of spray interupts barking patterns and is very effective.
