Prince's version is awesome, this version is better than awesome, I'ts a true playalong, just reach for the uke and get going, I tune ADF#B so it's C G F with a few twitches

No attempt at any of the solo? The first half is really cool; really catchy, a good climbing pattern that isn't that hard to play—speaking as a guitarist. Then it takes off into the atmosphere of distortion, super-high, fast, bent notes where playing it on a uke would be very difficult if not impossible. But none of it? Cmon. I imagine it would sound really cool the way you guys play.

Lovely arrangement - does it deviate far from the standard guitar versions?

I started playing this on the Uke after seeing the Eels cover, but haven't been able to capture the transition in the chorus you get from the power chords on the guitar - maybe I can get a few other local ukers to help work it over sometime. :)

When I was in Primary School, we got to choose between learning the guitar or the ukulele. I felt sooooo superior playing guitar and used to give the ukulele players hell.
