@bakkermaarten007 could you recommend specific songs? I have a friend who listens to a lot of BMTH type bands, And my biggest issue with his music is their vocals sounding to high pitch...flamboyant..., where instrumentally they may be solid. Would Screamo be similar but with a less Metalish feel?

@anonforuz BMTH is deathcore, nothing like screamo. Listen to 'We Become Buried' from 'Funeral Diner', 'Tigersuit' from 'Raein'. 'For Meg' from 'On The Might Of Princes' (that's a band that shifts between screamo and post-hardcore though). Then you'll get what screamo really is.

I really think youtube should stop caring so much about copyrights too. taking down music doesnt make sense if google is supposed to be focused on advertising.
