Palm wine is also very good for you, for newly weds you will produce children real quick. But the best is straight from the tree as it has a low alcoholic content. As for this guy he don shak am too much. Bobo slow down!!!

I do not know what he is talking about in regards to yeast. In that part of Africa, the palm tree is fallen, the trunk is shaped to put a pail over the trunk, and the tree can drip as much as 20 litres a day into the pail. The sap is high in sugar, and a yeast that is within the palm is present. The wine has probably 1 or 2 percent alcohol straight out of the tree, but within a short time the alcohol increses, maybe as high as 10 percent. No yeast is added....
