I ran into two problems:

1) No "Black" under Style for text

2) When i changed Plug and Shock to 155 pt they blew up beyond the layout

No sir, I'm referring to your screen resolution, but the document resolution you set when creating a new document via File -> New. (The default resolution is 72 pixels / inch in CS3)

Theres two programs i recommend Camtasia studio which you have to buy or you can get the 30 day trial, or you can use a free program called CamStudio, both are very good programs.

for editing programs like adobe and any others, i strongly suggest you use windows xp or at least a mac. Windows vista isnt the best for editing anything.

idk but for me and most of my friends we all have xp, vist, and/or mac and to us the whole adobe collection, sony vegas pro, autodesk 3ds max runs much smoother on xp but if its better for u that way then...its ur choice

that happens to me sometimes too and I can't figure out why. I close the program and re-open it and it is still just the hand. I'll have to try that spacebar trick next time, but if that doesn't work, I always restart my computer and then it works.
