sorry to all DX lovers out there, but...

the DX on ACE 3, IMO, sucked big mobile suit balls compared to the GX. It's only redeeming quality would be the fact that it can merge with the G-Falcon for the multi-target weapons, because aside from that pathetic excuse of a superweapon called the Twin Satellite Cannon, it cannot shoot down multiple targets at once.

The GX divider is a delight to use though...

in argument of wing vs this one wing wins this one depends on a satelite a simple operation to destroy the satelite and this one would lose the only thing making it strong.or put it in a daytime fight wing>gx any day gx depends to much on night/satelite power to flawed to be near as good as wing wing owns gx 100-0

before the start of the anime, the earth federation had a lot of microwave centers. at that time double x would have owned wing zero. anyways wing zero is overrated. turn a > zero, double x

DX was still not really tuned for fighting other MS - while way better than the GX-9900, it was still first and foremost an artillery piece that could defend itself.

Of course, Garrod kicking so much ass anyways just shows how ridiculous he gets, and I mean that in the best possible way.

Gundam X is the best Gundam.

Remember when Gundam was more than prettyboys like Kira and Heero and Setsuna angsting, and wasn't just a pile of malodrama? Peppridge Farm remembers. Gundam X should have never been cancelled.

hell, Garrod was such a likable and awesome, manly, hot-blooded Gundam pilot, he could probably kill Kira and Athrun just by yelling "MICROWAVE" at them.

Why does everyone underestimate the Double X just because it lacks conventional weapons?

That's just how it is sadly. They also forget that Garrod's a damn good pilot as well. If he loses his first fight against a tough enemy, he's likely to kick the tar out of them the second time around. Just ask Carris and the Frosts >_>

He's not just a good pilot, he's an extremely skilled pilot... proof is he was able to adapt quickly to space and underwater combat even without having any training on them... ^^

Can't really compare them because the universes are so different. Freedom would win because that's what it does although I'd want double X to win.

DX gundam will pwn Wing...in terms of melee combat but fire power goes to wing.

It actually is the other way around. Double X has the better firepower due to the fact that both satellite cannons are just as powerful as the Twin Buster rifle combined. The Wing Zero can do rolling buster but that is just a short range sweep, to destroy large targets, Double X is much stronger. On the other hand, Double X is weaker at melee mainly due to Wing Zero's Mobility which is A LOT higher.
