u cant do ruffian kick into ultra without canceling it on fixed framerate its aglitch on smooth so it doesnt count

the hkruffian has to hit pretty meaty in order to land a meterless ultra1 juggle. rose's standard knockdown animation+hurtbox helped also!

specific to the point of spacing, timing, & the reeling animations.

the n.jump hp spaced&timed properly caused the reeling animation to move zangs hurtbox out of the way then back into the latest frames of the now meaty s.mk which gave the frame adv needed for the ultra link. which felt really tight, so id guess 1frame :P
