Love Gabe Kaplan, such a good commentator. He takes into account the fact that this is a CASH game with their REAL money, so calling 100.000+ preflop does sting, even if you feel you are a slight favourite. He is both funny and he knows what he is talking about

I think your right, AK is a very iffy hand as they call it.

Experienced players just call with it after a raise and re-raise.

Think it's because Jamie is from a tournament background and not cash games.

But on the other hand Jen couldent call, AK is probably the only hand she could beat or tie if Jamie had jacks also.

I disagree, even if you assume he would only make this move with AA,KK,QQ or AK then I still think you have to call this. That means there is about a 60% chance you are dominated and a 40% chance you are ahead, it costs her 120K to win over 300K which means you only need to win 1 out of 3&half for this to be a break even play and I think you clearly will a bit more than that which makes this a profitable play on the long run. Poor fold by Harman.

I know what pot odds are about, but against most hands she had to get 4 to 1 in odds because she only had 20% to win the hand.

and your odds were wrong anyways.. Jennifer played 32k(re-raise) + 120k (left after raise) so about 150k total.

Jamie who went all in for 260k just covered here.

so in fact the pot was 45k + 120k = 165k she had 120k left to win 165k. not 300k like you ment because gold had 110k more then here..

From whaty you have said it really shows you know little about poker. Sam is one of the best NLH players out there. His style is v loose but v profitable. His stylle just has high variance which means when he wins he wins big but when he loses he loses big, however over the long run he will win a lot more than the average tight player.
