Oro, shey do vaha wallya = Óró sé do bheatha 'bhaile = "Oro, you are welcome home."
Óró sé do bheatha 'bhaile is a Republican rebel song, adapted by the great Patrick Pearse at the time of the Easter Rising.
YouTube has some great versions. My favorites include the version by Tommy Makem and the Clancy Brothers, Sinéad O'Connor's Live version, and her treatment for the soundtrack of Wind that Shakes the Barley, The Wolfe Tones, and the a cappella version by Darach Ó Catháin.
Ah, Ronnie....end of an era. Liam Clancy is still with us, God bless him. Listen to Oro by the Fureys. Just "oro" - not the whole title. Same melody, different interpretation. Very powerful.
Yes zwrdl is spot on. This is a song written by Finbar Furey taking part of the chorus from the Irish standard 'Óró Sé Do Bheatha Abhaile' rather than an English translation.
sadly, this song is relevant again

Sinéad's live version is one of my favorites, as is Ronnie's...God rest his soul. Many great versions of this classic rebel song on the tube!
