I've been learning all those steps you made with some mods , I have an a112 abarth from 1984 , i would love to know what mods could I do to obtain considerous more power than stock .
Best regards and thanks for all those videos you share with us
@atrevidotcom There are lots of things to do, the head, and and carburetor are the most important. Larger intakes w/6mm stems, beehive springs, 292 degree cam, Cabeza de Vaca intake w/32/36 DGV Weber is where I would start. I have everything you need in stock. See my other vids related to these items. Thanks for watching the vids...
beehives also stack the coils from the bottom up so from bottom up as the cam lifts the valve it's like it goes solid and as the spring goes towards coil bind the actual amount of spring to go into resonance is vastly decreased. watch some hi speed vids of springs going into valve float, there's like a wave that travels up and down the spring. the bee hive eliminates that problem. also, generally, TDC spring pressures are lower with the beehive than conventional springs
Thank you very much for the info , i'll be restoring the car in the next few weeks , i'll contact you for parts
Best Regards

Hey John I always meant to ask: does that one big inlet port restrict flow? Is that the neck in the bottle, so to speak?

3-4 more horsepower, but gains in the mid-range power are more impressive with this mod.

What kind of gains are you expecting with the new head?
