it wasnt a terrorist it was a young girl and if you actually watched the entire movie, you would know that she was raped and had a child, which is the one she carried on her back, causing her to become suicidal
The film is set in a Kurdish refugee camp on the Iraqi-Turkish border on the eve of the US invasion of Iraq. Thirteen-year-old Kak Satellite is known as “Satellite” for his installation of satellite dishes and antennas for local villagers looking for news of Saddam Hussein and the impending war. He is the dynamic leader of the children, organizing the dangerous but necessary sweeping and clearing of the minefields, and then arranges trade-ins for the unexploded mines. Film By Mamad Haghighat2004
I´m kurd and this movie makes me sad when I see how my beautiful people where living. fuck to saddam hussein I hope he burns in hell forever.. biji kurd uh kurdistan <3
I was so shocked when i watched this movie. I was in high school. A fantastic movie. They got their way of life i get it but poor innocent kids suffer that's not fair.
This is really touching movie, on first look we think how can adult rape such small girl, but then we know reality about child sex. We should stone and kill such culprits...
This is an excellent movie although haunting. You will think about the realities of foreign intervention and if you're not anti-war it may open a window in your mind.
@koolchloe I think you didnt understand the movie. it is about Saddams regime and how it behaved toward Kurds. The foreign intervention plays not a big role.
