  • this method saved my life! i am an athletic person but for years had problem with my bowl movements and been on so many medications.... which didn't really work... but the first day i started drinking water every morning .... life is just sooo much easier! :D

  • So stupid to drink water first thing in the morning. It slows down your energy just when you need it most. I exercise first then the water actually tastes good and feels like it is helping. Water first thing in the morning "taps" your energy.

  • @foodmatterstv Definitely, I'd need subtitltes (in spanish, or at least, in english, I don't care if I have to traslate it at all, I'll try it), to understand persons like David Wolfe, Markus Rothkranz or Don Tolman are saying. I know he's talking about losing weight, simply if we drink much more water. But I can't get enough. Theere are so many interesting vids of these persons over here, in YouTube ... It's a shame, really.

    There once was a time where people also tought that you were retarded if you thought smoking was unhealthy or earth was round or.... well the list is long. Our history is filled with examples of ppl being sure of something wrong, just study our understanding of gravity.

    You should really be careful saying other people are retarded just because they can think of something you cant wrap your head around.

  • @linhedrick I dunno. I started reading Victoria's book Green for Life on Saturday, it's Thursday and I've lost 5.5 simply by doing what she says. Which means I'm also eating what I usually ate. I've had 3 LARGE fancy bakery size pieces of cake (though Vegan) and ate out ounce. I eat the suggested amount of greens in a smoothie (plus other stuff) and have MONSTER BMs at least twice daily, but usually 3. The other times a day are just regular BMs....there's really something to it.

    Eating the right food can assist with burning fat, but to suggest that this amount of weight loss would result simply from eating a certain combination of foods is skeptical. High thermongenic foods can aid in increasing the metabolism, but those increases would not be sufficient enough to result in significant weightloss.

Because you dont believe its possible the loose toxines, fat, water, thats store in fat cells by eating the right food. And you think its not impossible to loose 150 pounds in 180 days as sayed in the youtube clips? The are millions of example says thats its possible, even with other dietes as raw food!

  • @AintPosh, there is a thing called a water filter...try it sometime.

  • @AintPosh use common sense, there's two systems besides bottled water.1 of theses is thermal and i don't remember the other, just use the best water you can get or buy, for example instead of tap water buy bottled water but there is still bios-phenol A in it, so it really is a compromise, just do the most healthiest thing available.
