Actually, she's wearing a hood that is part of her robes. There are several different versions of it, but the good versions can be very expensive. For a makeup tutorial, for someone who has not the money to buy the hood, this was done very well.

great job! actually Maleficent wears horns, she doesn't have hair! LOL! she is an evil fairy afterall! :) She is my FAVORITE Disney Villain, her makeup is very simple and elegant, that is what makes her so fun, she doesn't have to try hard to get your attention, she just has to stand there and you see her. :)
