He had his chance to speak. He passed his two minutes of questioning, but he just kept shouting. They even turned off the microphone and he continued. It is quite obvious that he just wanted to rant and rave at the senator. Then the police had to escort him and he resisted. Everybody knows that you can not resist the police. He was warned that he would be tazed if he did not leave. I don't know if he deserved to be tazed, but he should have just followed the rules of the debate.
