it's not that I hate Druitt, I actually feel sorry for him. BUT there is no way that I approve of the chance of him getting back together with Helen! Intentionally or not, he's done some awful stuff, hurt Helen repeatedly and is emotionally unstable and immature. I mean, "she doesn't like me now, but she used to, so I'll just go back in time, and make sure that she won't stop liking me. who cares that the history is altered" SERIOUSLY???!

Helen should NOT be mad at John, this was probably the Vampire Queen, who Helen happened to say "Leave the surface alone, you can have Hollow Earth, take revenge ...." knowing her dad was down there, knowing the Queen could double back get her infinite army, so it isn't John's fault !

I just completed my 2nd time through the entire series so far. I have loved this series since the first episode.

And with this episode depositing Helen back in her own past, we get to see just how much she has to be careful she has to be to avoid causing a problem. Maybe she'll get lucky and meet Dr. Emmett Brown somehow?

I feel for poor Will; he's everyone's punching bag, even in this episode. He really needs to be taking some self-defense classes or something to survive all the knockabouts.

Helen stuck in 1898? That's just... COOL. I just realized something. Before now, she thought that time-travel was "impossible". Seriously?! The woman is IMMORTAL and "immortality" is supposed to be impossible, too. Shouldn't she know by now there's NO - SUCH - THING - AS - IMPOSSIBLE! And wasn't Helen the one who told Will, and I quote, "The great ones... dare to believe... in the UN-BELIEVABLE"? Sometimes, that woman doesn't know when to take her own advice.

No one will ever travel backwards in time anymore than they'll toss any empty tin can across the ocean.
