  • @Igotopieces you cant target where fat will burn off but you can target which section of your body you want to tone which does help with burning fat off that area in the long run.

  • @SabrinaFBallGirl lots and lots of cardio! not only will your legs get slimmer, but you'll burn fat all over your body.

  • @mounishachamarthy they are making your thighs and arms bigger because you are building more muscle. So your thigh are getting more muscular, which is not a bad thing. If you want just slim, skinny legs, you cannot do any muscular workout on them because they will just build muscle. The best thing to do is cardio meaning just running on the treadmill or what not. Hope this helped.

  • I've been a certified trainer for about 11 years now so I figured I'd give some advice.

    Space is limited here so anyone who wants to learn more HONEST info, I recommend that all my clients read the six pack system by Mike Geary.

    HOW TO LOSE FAT

    1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat low "GI" carbs throughout the day)

    2) Choose exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls)

    Ex. Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc.

    3) Perform "HIIT" to boost metaboism.

  • @NJDMS Before every move they told you exactly where to place your feet. It's not that hard to figure out. Sorry if this seems rude but if you really want to know where their feet placement is... just listen.

    Do at least 3 times a week, do 10 of them all the way through, then repeat 3 times. So do 30 of each exercise, GOOD LUCK!

    U gained weight because the muscle you gained from exercising turned to fat once you stopped.

    U need to start exercising again to lose the fat and to gain the muscle.

I've always been a hard worker, I've always appreciated my body and my health and I've never had to 'get back in shape'. If your that unhealthy then you should not be doing these lame works, granted every but helps. You need a serious attitude. These workouts might be great for the elderly/extremely non muscular girls whom are naturally skinny

  • @brianjacobsensmusic Good for you? Unfortunately, everyone isn't that lucky. Some people don't need hardcore workouts. If you want to get huge then hit the weights as hard as you can. If you want a toned body then you need to have a mixture of weight lifting and exercises like this.

  • Im 14 turning 15 and im pretty overweight. maybe its my height, but im pretty sure its my fat. the thing is I dont LOOk my weight AT ALL. but I do have big thighs. after just ONE time i felt it burn! thanks to both of you! ill do this everyday for 3 sets of 10. hopefully it works and i will be back soon to comment on how amazing the results are! ^-^

  • @socalhco225 thats a great start! It's going to take some cardio aka, running, martial arts, or stairs. Something that increases your heart rate and gets you moving. That's the only way to really burn of the fat. Make sure you are also doing some strength training such as pilates or ball exercises. that will strengthen ur muscles and tone everything up :) GOOD LUCK and check out the tone it up diet plan. It might help. its @ toneitup.com, and no, no one paid me to suggest it, lol :)

    I ran twice a week for thirty minutes to and that's it :)

    My diet was not on point, but when people say "Drinking a lot of water helps", it is SO true! I was like Water sucks, but seriously... drink it :D

    My diet was just a restricted calorie diet. I haven't gained back the weight yet so.... YAY! GOOD LUCK !
