  • for even harder plyo, jump without bending ur knees

  • it would probably help if you did it separately on each leg

  • You should combine plyometrics with squats and power cleans.

    This dude doesn't seem to be moving his knees. They pretty much stay in the same bent shape throughout the exercise. Is that intentional?

  • Plyometrics don't work well compared to squats and power cleans!!!

  • they help increase your vertical in addition to heavy lifting
