Go to you My Documents folder, open My Spore Creations. In there should be several files containing .png files of all of your Spore creations.

Open the Creatures file, find the Sir Schmoopy creature .png file and host it!

.png is a type of visual compression file. Its the default for saving in paint so the file would look like this: Picture'sName.png
