I know one way..Instal & Open new version of VLC player then Play this movie, next go to "View" menu--Turn on Advanced Control--there u can see record button click it (Same button for on/off)....record it from the beginning to end or where ever u want particular scene...U ll be get on (My Documents)Videos Folder as .avi format (It would take some to save as video when u record is stopped) ....this u can upload, never come problem...

my uploaded files was very nice quality only....but Youtube was make those videos as non-synchronize videos....so it is not my mistake...tell me how to upload same files with synchronized files.....
