Nirvana, Rape Me, (Cascais, Portugal)

Tinha 10 meses... O que eu não dava para poder ter ido a este concerto. Os Nirvana mudaram a minha vida e quase que choro só de ver os vídeos e pensar que estavam a 5 minutos de minha casa.

Foi o meu primeiro concerto... Tinha 12 anos, e o que custou convencer a minha mãe...

Eu na altura tinha 16 anos mas era do Porto e os meus pais não me deixaram ir. Hoje tenho 34, continuo a gostar de Nirvana e acho fantástico a quantidade de comentários que leio aqui a dizer "ainda não tinha nascido," "só tinha 2 anos", o que me leva a concluir que os Nirvana, Kurt Cobain e a sua música são intemporais!

Não é uma questão de moda e palhaço é quem pensa isso. Nirvana e Pearl Jam são das bandas que gosto mais, mas gosto de tudo o que seja Grunge. Não acho mal durante uns tempos ouvir apenas pearl jam ou soundgarden por exemplo. Não tenho nenhum contrato com ninguem, que me obrigue a ouvir tudo á mesma altura.

I'm origanly from Lisbon and had the privilege to witness this gig at Dramatico de Cascais near Lisbon in Portugal in february 1994, i was nearly 16 then. I was crazy about Nirvana and Kurt back then , still am.

I also saw Megadeth ,Pearl Jam , Manowar ,Pantera and Sepultura at the same venue in the mid 90's.

Huge memories flooding back, i had the most amazing day.
