  • 'It's an achievement in india to make a successful local call'

Look at the telco infrastructure - wires everywhere - no wonder.

  • dont feed these people, our countries are being ruined by people who work for a buck a day

  • @carbideagle nah its ruined cause you dont want to work for a buck you want the full $10

  • anybody else noticed the white woman on that indian call center?

  • SAR WAATT CAN EYE DO FOUR U...lol hahaha

  • No that is the future call centers, when all this terrorist shit is over in Iraq and Afghanistan and the Damn US provide reconstruction just as they have always done in a war and then Abdullah now owns Oklahoma City instead of Japanese.Plus they will start with the damn aggravating call centers. Hello my name is "Peggy".

  • First, their names are not Bill or Bob or Sue - It is something much longer. When you tell the caller "NO" - that word is not in their vocabulary. They will continue to pressure you into something. They are actually the "Rude" ones. Some callers also have a much heavier accent and cannot be understood.

  • "In a country where it's an achievement to make a successful local call,.." what the hell?

  • @sanatgulvadi

indian local infrastructure is HORRENDUS, people tap into public lines/pipes/etc... all the time.

in fact that is why cell phones are so ridiculously prolific there, as they do not require a land line.

  • TELSTRA SUCKS.

  • It is nothing more than greed , exploitation and Indian servility

  • how spiteful can the weak and inadequate be. Talk about 'Napoleon complex' of a tiny island nation: the british isles.

  • @hmcomsat I can't understand most smelly british people how the fuck will Indians understand them?

  • It was so long ago that I forget exactly what was said, but I believe we were discussing the arabs not Indians. Believe me, I understand the difference between Indians and Arabs.

  • call centers are not so bad. they make jobs. give people money.

  • I do agree with old women, they need stop hiding and let the customer know that the call center is in india, I just hate it when they try to act like an americans

  • "In a country where its an achievement to make a successful local call..."???

    WTF!

India may still be a developing country but it has one of the most EXTENSIVE and LOWEST costing telecom networks ON THE PLANET!

The US and the rest of the world needs to learn from India's telecom systems and how it has connected the remotest of the remote locations via mobile network.

  • I had an indian lady on the line when i was trying to get a plane ticket in the US. She kept saying to me 'is that yes? 'Y' as in Yolanda, 'E' as in Everest, 'S' as in Stranger?' 'Is that Gary? 'G' as in go, 'A' as in apple, 'R' as in red, 'Y' as in yellow??' I became absolutely ridiculous so i told her 'Fuck you, that's 'F' as in Fuck, 'U' as in you , 'C' as in Cunt and 'K' as in 'FUCK YOU!'

  • would you like free ring dings ?

  • India is funny as well as pakis

  • they are all awful - completely clueless which is why they are all being brought back to the uk

  • you could just easily tell if the person your talking is from the same country or not,

so I don't see why they have to pretend that there in UK, find it kinda lame. there is nothing wrong if you have an Indian accent, what wrong is, if you have an Indian accent and pretend you're not an Indian, what a shame.... you should be proud of your race.

  • @charmed3bullet

I agree with u completely and I find it demeaning to be honest, to put up an accent. But some companies enforce the accent on the workers.Their excuse?.......the customer wont be able to understand what u re saying unless u put up the accent he s talking in.True Story.I ve been a part of this industry for bout a year and its a shithole I tell u.More often than not u feel like a football being kicked around by the customer on the phone on one side and the managers on the other

  • I love talking to folks that get paid 1/10 percent of the rest! I wonder how much they really care! Why hide the fact of your decent? Like I can't tell!

  • I'm a proud Indian man who was born in Australia and have lived here in Australia for my whole life so far (including right now) and I just wish that my fellow Indians wouldn't try to hide the fact that they're Indians. They should speak the way that they naturally speak, even if they have very thick Indian accents. They should not be ashamed of how they speak. They should not be ashamed of who they are. We Indians are truly a great race.

  • it's just not companies making profits of it,,,it's the end customers i.e we people who are paying for services over here gets benefited not people in india....

They are getting In-fact a very gud salary in Indian currency.

it's very simple not robotics, organic yogurt in UK=1.29p, INDIA=0.20p(real organic!)

If not call center they have huge potential market,,2nd largest populated more people =more consumption=more production=more jobs=more money=more consumption........

  • I support outsourced call centers personally coz of the fact that we r getting a product for less cost than what it wud have been if companies had call centres over here.

ie.my company pay 10 people in india to support my cust's

    total cost PA=40k

If i do that over here I need to spend 10 times ,obviously I am not going to pay it of my pocket, I will have to sell my products @ higher price,

people who say cheap employment in india , please go back to school.

  • One sentence: Cheap employment.

  • still colonial mentally....somebody should bless you

  • Bob Marley - Redemption Song

    Old pirates, yes, they rob I;

Sold I to the merchant ships,

    Minutes after they took I

    From the bottomless pit.

  • College graduates as call handlers.... get out of here this is pure slavery!

  • @humanrights4all It's only slavery if they're forced to work against their will. If they work for low pay it's their own fault. If they can't get a better job, too bad life's tough.

  • @gregryf You have to be reminded that capitalism feeds on unequal opportunities where most of the world resources have been allocated for the benefit of few other nations, and yes, BY FORCE. Such an equation imposes poverty and low wages on most nations, and it’s no surprise to find that most struggling nations are ex colonies, or more accurately “neo colonies “. Everyone agrees that life is tough, but no one agrees that life should be unfair.

  • @humanrights4all All I did was mention that working for low wages is not slavery. but if you want to discuss a few other things it's OK with me as long as I find it convenient. You should understand that capitalism allows those with determination, drive and the willingness to work hard to make the most of those attributes. I'm not sure what resources we have taken by force.

  • @gregryf

"I'm not sure what resources we have taken by force."

Interesting how you deduced "we" in your statement above!

  • @humanrights4all Well, you 're right. I did assume you meant America. If you weren't talking about America who did you mean?

  • @gregryf Buddy, do you even know the history involved in your arguments or you just playing around with words now? Don’t give the impression of sincerity when apparently you aren’t even genuinely interested in the topic.

  • @humanrights4all If I didn't have an interest in this topic I woldn't be sending these messages and as a matter of fact for many years I have been involved in helping the unfortunate. I am sincere. History? No, what I'm saying comes only from me. I don't see any history there.

  • @gregryf Maybe this is more appropriate language for the troublesome juvenile nation mentality "What’s history anyways, who cares about that stuff???"

  • @humanrights4all If you're talking about the history of an argument, I guess that's true.

  • @humanrights4all If you are talking about oil, you should remember that we have built refineries all over the world. These refineries have allowed these different countries to raise their standard of living dramatically. As far as I know we have taken no resources by force. If I'm wrong, please enlighten me. Also, I've got news for you. Ameica is an ex-colony. Being an ex-colony is not a deterrent to progress or a high standard of living.

  • @gregryf No Oil reserves by force? Do you read the news at least? Surely America is an ex-colony, and not only it’s struggling but is technically wiped off, the true America of the native Indians that is!

  • @humanrights4all What I read in the paper and hear on the news indicates to me that we PAY a fortune for the oil we get even though if we hadn't developed all these oil fields those who own them would still be living in tents and riding camels. America is struggling because the corporations keep giving it away.

  • @gregryf The thing is they should be living in tents, thats simply their natural habitat. And adjusting their way of life is nothing but exploitation, an attempt to "Civilize" where the true intention was to create a consumption based society.

  • @humanrights4all Well if they want to live in tents why don't they? No one is forcing them to exploit themselves by building towns and living there. Thanks to our developing their oil reserves we gave them the OPPORTUNITY to choose the lifestyle they want. I wonder why most of them choose to have money. Exploitation? They gouge us as much as they can even though without our help they would have nothing. Now that's exploitation.

  • @gregryf If you would care about history a bit more maybe then you might stop wondering and begin pondering. P.S. OPEC controls prices not "them”!

  • @humanrights4all Since I wonder so much why don't you explain to me why it is that most people, if they have the RESOURCES would choose to exploit themselves by living in a town rather than a tent. Could it be that a house is more sanitary, safe, convienient and pleasant than a tent? It doesn't require much pondering to know that OPEC IS them. After all what do the letters stand for?

  • @gregryf Safe, convenient, sanitary, and pleasant are all relative terms...

  • @humanrights4all That's true. Everything is relative, but certainly you'd agree that for most people living in a house with a flush toilet and facillities for washing food is more sanitary, convenient and pleasant than living in a tent without even a floor wouldn't you? if what I said is not true, why did all those people who used to live in tents move to the city and buy houses as soon as they were able? The desert is still there. They didn't have to leave.

  • @gregryf All these modern ways of living didnt change anything... the mentality remains the same. Old habits, new technology.

  • @humanrights4all I'm sure their culture hasn't changed much but I'd be willing to bet that the younger generation, those who have grown up with schools and a modern lifestyle, have a very different mentality than their parents and grandparents who grew up with nothing. but a horse and a tent. The technology? western. I don't see how this relates to my last statement.

  • @gregryf Most Indians don't live in tents in the desert. They live in houses or huts. Also, most of India is plains, not desert. Please stop confusing India with the Middle East.

  • @squreshi10 Please stop[ confusing what you think I said with what I actually did say.

  • @gregryf Or were you actually talking about the Middle East?

  • @squreshi10 I checked back and when I mentioned living in tents, I WAS discussing the oil producing nations. They would be the Arabic countries. At no time that I know of did I mention India.

  • @humanrights4all Well if they want to live in tents why don't they? No one is forcing them to exploit themselves by building towns and living there. Thanks to our developing their oil reserves we gave them the OPPORTUNITY to choose the lifestyle they want. I wonder why most of them choose to have money and a modern lifestyle. Exploitation? They gouge us as much as they can even though without our help they would have nothing. Now that's exploitation.

  • @humanrights4all I admit that our treatment of Native Americans was and sometimes is atrocious; However our ancetors simply came here to live. They took vacant land. Some of the Indian tribes objected and a fight developed. If the current situation bothers you so much I suggest that you find a Native American and give him all your property. It's the least you can do to make up for your horrible treatment of them.

  • @gregryf Sweetheart, I left that corrupt land years ago! Never owned land there and never will !

  • @humanrights4all Well, I can't thank you enough but what's your point? And what land? Sweetheart????

  • @humanrights4all If you're talking about America, I agree. It's definitely corrupt. If you're talking about Los Angeles, I agree even more.

  • @humanrights4all I also agree that life should not be unfair BUT IT IS and I can't do anything about it. It would be great if I could but it can't be changed. And besides what I originally said about slavery is still true even if you don't like my phillisophy.

  • @gregryf Exactly, here you have emphasized the hypocrisy of the capitalist system and proved the invalidity of the U.S. constitution which is merely ink on paper.

  • @humanrights4all The constitution is not invalid, the politicians who ignore it are invalid. And it's not the sytem which is hypocritical, it's those who implement the system. They take my taxes and then give the money to people who refuse to help themselves. and they tell me they are doing it to be fair. That's hypocrisy. Don't get me wrong, those with disabilities should be supported but don't expect me to support those who are just lazy.

  • @gregryf Theory is only valid if proved through experiment. That’s the major core of modern western scientific philosophy. Any deviation is an obvious indication of the unfolding failure of western values.

  • @humanrights4all Right. Like the failure of Communism in Russia and the failure of Socialism in Germany.

  • @gregryf and the upcoming failure of Capitalism in America

  • @humanrights4all Well, yes, if the politicians and corporations keep giving away everything we have, you're probably right. They are doing everything they can to destroy this country and because so few people care, it will someday be gone. It's almost gone now. When our standard of living starts to crumble the people who let it happen will find someone else to blame.

  • @gregryf Most people care, but few have the ability. How does that sound for a self proclaimed democracy?

  • @humanrights4all It sounds true. So what?

  • @gregryf Actually, it depends on what you're talking about. If you mean that few are able to change the government, it's true. But if they act together they can make it what they want it to be. If the people cared enough to vote out the idiots and dead weight, we could have a free society again. Unfortunately I doubt if it will ever happen.

  • @gregryf It boils down to this pal, enjoy life without having others suffer.

  • @humanrights4all That's a pretty good motto, but I don't "have" others suffer. Everyone suffers including myself and I'll tell you what. Almost all my suffering has been my own fault. I, just like everyone else, have had and wasted opportunity after oportunity. The difference is that I don't blame someone else for my own laziness. Tell me, if you could, how would you stop all suffering. If that's possible, and if you are so concerned, why don't you do it?

  • @gregryf It amazes me how you fluctuate from intellectual level to street talk...

  • @humanrights4all I've never considered myself to be an intellectual. Actually I was a trucker for almost forty years. I'm amazed that you're amazed. I just say what's on my mind. If that amazes you it's OK with me but that's not much of an answer to my question.

  • its not tht fucking indians have fucking brains.. its because of the fucking cheap labour

  • @MurtazaKing1

forget call centers , What about the IT industry ?

  • the users say they get confidence when they export there business to india...becuase they have the brains to deal with any situation...no doubt there lang may be difficult to understand...but the fact is that they are the most sharp and intelligent people than british....may be british is insecure of that feeling...!!!

  • all the things said in this video are false....many people say its cheap labour...and give that has an excuse...i work in US as a software engineer for Microsoft...i involve in lots of meetings with clients from all over the world...who wants to get into losses by saving a few bucks...infact the min salary of a call center employee in india is around 1.23 lakhs per month..!! true and i.e around 3000$ in US....which is more than there average income....

  • @ravikumarvin

1.23 lakhs per month.. dude i am Indian too & in same industry...

    its actually 1.23 per anum...

  • Capitalism relies entirely on 'exploiting' the global labour market. Get used to it!

  • Is it that "GLOBALIZATION" is failing?

  • legal slavery. supported by big corporations and governments(of india AND the west)

  • What idiots! It's England... not America... if you don't know much about football...just say that CRICKET is your favourite game... and I am sure all of our people can talk about cricket in depth...

  • @shazycalm You will be thousand step behind from india.

  • @shazycalm Tell me 10 good thing that pakistan is good at (while comparing India ).

    I bet u hv nothing

  • @AumOrOm, I can tell you much more things that make Pakistan better than India...I'm giving u 30 things rite now...watch this URL: /watch?v=9DnvXXeg_GE

  • The only reason most call centers are Inda is what he said cheap labor. It cost cheaper. But it is not better as they try to say. I get a lot of these call all the time i have to tell them repeat what they say because can not understand them.

  • To be honest Indian accent is neutral and the best

  • ....What are these?? Football clubs!!" Man a long way to go indeed!!

  • Well done India...I never knew that now India has started outsourcing research/technology based jobs by employing highly qualified (PhDs) in a call centre... mmmuuuuhhhhaaaa (flying kiss to India).... Great move!

I just love India for the creative, intelligient, hard working people !

  • microsoft outsourced india tech'sAjoke(tech support) let them pick their own phone name's... so they went by famous American actor names.... mel gibson, john wayne, jack nicolson, ect.... funny

  • Indian call workers are efficient, intelligent, & courteous. Companies & customers are fortunate to have them.

Having had experience with call workers from USA, Mexico and India, I am always relieved to hear the traces if an Indian accent on the other end of the line. USA workers are rude and ignorant. they have no motivation to solve the problem you are calling about. Mexican workers almost as bad.

Without fail, Indian call wrokers are a valuable resource to everyone involved.

  • I worked as a CSM for GE Money, they had their call center at INDIA. MEXICO and USA, the pay was very diferent, CSR from USA earn $48,000 dlls per year, a CSR from Mexico earn $13,000 dlls per year and a CSR from INDIA earn 5,000 dlls per year. GE Money recently changed its mind , so they are moving their calls allcenter from USA to INDIA, and to those that were in Mexico were moved to El Salvador, because a CSR from el Salvador will earn 4,000 dlls per year, they dont care about the quality

  • sad.. just sad

  • INDIA IS THE ONLY XCOUNTRY WHICH EARNS TOO MUCH MONEY FROM THIS SECTOR...the truth is also says that indiands help these ass holes white ass holes actually who dont help themself...they want a cup of tea on bed so you peeople must pay for service...or better start working...you people are too lasy and we give you the service and get money for our workout here...go fuck you all

  • Call centre employees are seen as underpaid and overworked in India, too, at least by the middle class. But for a country that has a overwhelming majority of it population under 25 -- a large number of them well-educated -- there aren't enough jobs to go around. So Indians work 10 times as hard for a fraction of what their less qualified, part-time colleagues get in the UK or US. It's an industry that gives 26 year old irreversible spine damage working 15-16 hour days for a pittance.

  • its ironic that the same people decry the jobs being shipped overseas, are the same ones who are perfectly happy to see countries like India dependent and probably be happy to send them aid.

which is better self dependence or begging?

  • £1.5 or 2 per hour for workers and employee benefits cant compare with any western country.Old English colony becomes cheap labor market.Hard and fast rules...Maybe irony of fate...

  • The employees of call centres in India are full timers who have taken it up as their career. Therefore they work harder, they train harder and they perform better than their UK counterparts and they do all of these in 1/10th of the UK price. If i was the decision maker of a Company I would go for this option. It can actually be good for the customers because the Company which has reduced its operation costs and which makes more profit can invest this surplus in the home Country.

  • @naveenchaly absolutely, because they are making it out to be a career ( which is unfortunate) they will def. put 110% towards their work.

Why is it unfortunate? they are university graduates!! and i am sure they are capable of so much more

  • @naveenchaly why cant half of them speak english, they dont answer the phone on time, they put you on hold for more then 10 to 15 mins. They are so rude people who work in UK have better accent, they know how to pronounce words unlike india half of all the indian employee sound like Apu from the simpsons. The Indian Dell customer service department has been reported for bad communication, slow response and most significantly the long hold they put the customer on during a phone conversation.

  • @HOMERJSIMPSON9000, This might be the case of Dell Computers..Im not sure if this is true in all cases, and one thing you must realize is that Indians will have Indian accent unless they are born and brought up outside India. There is nothing to be surprised about this. And given from my experience the rate of response and the issue solving in all call centers are pretty much the same no matter where they are, in India or UK. Tthey might sound a bit better in UK but thats about it, nd its costly

  • @naveenchaly ever wonder why american hate indian call centers, Indians back home dont know how to talk, they need to improve on speech and vocabulary, some of them are so damn rude, I am hindu, born in gujarat and now living in USA , I dont have accent. If you google indian call center reivews you will get many horrible reviews

  • @HOMERJSIMPSON9000 Dude..you need to understand that no one is forcing the MNCs to outsource their CC to India. They are doing it simply to cut down costs. So basically you are getting what you have paid for. The employees of these CC centers get max 24k INR per month. thats like 500 to 600 USD per month. Indians will always have an Indian accent..i dont see why anyone would have hate this. Its just an accent like, even the American accent is not considered to be the perfect accent-ask a british

  • @naveenchaly Rs.24K a month is a fucking lot of money in INR terms like fucking 5 times a normal Indian company CC monthly salary. I am Indian and live in USA, but your call centers are bullshit. There is a vast difference between mannerism, decorums and culture between white folks and indian folks. Rudeness is a part of Indian culture and thats where U guys dont fit in international conversation or mannerism.

  • @Mac6524 Its really strange that you say that you are an Indian but still uses expressions like "your call center" and " you guys"...

  • @HOMERJSIMPSON9000 I think many call centre employees are rude. Don't generalise the Indians and say they are the only rude ones.

  • The employees in India are trained in the same manner as they are in the UK. The only difference between them is the accent and the know how on the British culture which is made up through training. If u have encountered any issues with the service provided, it would be due to the service delivery system and market servicing strategy of the parent Company.

  • As a person who has worked in an indian call centre I believe what i have to say would be important. ppl say that the customer service gets affected when it is outsourced to countries like india. I do not agree to this. Simple because IT IS NOT SO BRILLIANT when it comes from a call centre in the UK. I can say this because I have lived in the UK for three years and have used products and its customer services which are actually based in UK.

  • Good one. Oppurtunities comes to those who are hungry. The unemployment benfits paid in western country, takes care the needs of its people ( I guess partly paid by profits made by companies outsourcing, else not sure how the government is getting the money). Now that the low cost , and mundane jobs are going to India. It is time for wonderful west to engage its people in something usefull and creative.I belive its a give and take relation.

  • wht i can see i s u all r jealous coz u cant do anything u cant work like this and opportunities gettings by others

so all the best with u jealousy hahahaha

  • I hate this shit fucking tmobile veryson and at&t use this services so when i need some help here in america I can't undestand shit sucks

  • I been speaking to 7 different ppl from an Indian call centre all asking me to do the same thing over a period of 4 weeks and still have the origional problem. Who do we blame? BT or bad training for these people. In the end, who suffers? The UK consumer with disgusting customer service again!

  • wy cant UK have its own call center? R people not qualified enough? R people not well educated? Why depend on India?

Dude indians r well educated, they r trying to help you..address ur problems.... Yes, some issues take time to be solved, be patient and try to thank them for the help instead of blaming them for ur inefficiency to solve the problem urself..

  • Jason: You could blame BT for your problem not getting solved. There is no guarantee that those in a UK call centre will be able to help you better if the end information is not supplied to them by the company.

  • So basically these people in India are paid to do the jobs of British people and some of them haven't even been to the UK... Ok we can get past that point but what heppens when they promise "us" the clients something and the UK company doesn't deliver on their promise. Who do we blame? BT are big in this arena.

  • Well..i guess end of the day, its the company's responsibility to deliver on the promise. I reckon the call center guy's dont promise stuff unless authorised by the parent company...I dont know abt BT but virgin sucks ..but then again they dont promise anything either :)

  • Jason: If these were such lucrative British jobs, why were the British not doing them to begin with? The truth is that these jobs were never sought after. A university graduate with three years experience could be earning 200 pounds a month. Most British people I suppose get more money on dole.

  • Salk Sabin like Bill Gates INVENTED not cooked dal lol

  • Instead of facing the truth hide your head likeOstrich Getting upset and losing your cool i Think t Even if its great did you contribute to it and what You seem to be taking credit for it Neither your Indian invented Computers nether penicillin nor was there wright brothers or Henry Ford

  • Can we stop all this outsourcing and just get along?

  • iNDIANS ARE EXTRACTING HUGE HUGE MONEY FROM WEST ONE DAY WEST WILL BE BANKURUPTED

  • nope, The indians are being exploited. The big companies in the west ONLY use India because the work cheap. The profits are Kept for the shareholders. Don't be fooled into believing that the Big companies have any loyalty to India. As soon as they find someone who is cheaper with better English they will pack up and Dump the Indians.

  • Tell me something I DON'T know.

  • @lndac02 :( sad but true :(

  • Indians for whatever reason seem to be a very well ballanced people and I enjoy working with them whenever I get the chance. To hear ugly comments is very telling of untravelled ignorance and lack of introspection of their place in the world. In the U.S. we have people very fearful of those on the other side of our borders north and south. Of all countries it amazes me how we have so many proud to be uneducated of other cultures.

  • Hi, AGHAKKHAN. Do me a fovour, go get a LIFE. Thank you.

  • Don't tell AGHAKKHAN to get a life. He needs an education first.

  • I agree and I liked the way you are kickin his ass. Good job, keep it upp.

  • Globalization means localization of business across countries, geographics play no role 7000 miles or 17000 miles.

India as a country understood that and now retains close to 14BN worth business and adds another 5 BN usd worth every year.

So people wake up and realize that you will only be there for a while and then probably travel to Asia for jobs and this is actually started happening look at the Mid East expat community or ppl in Singapore or in Mumbai so stop dreaming and get2work

  • I dont agree with the hate speeches that i see on here, i think India does an awesome job, working at fields that none of you will be wiling to work.

it is not India's fault that modern coutries outsource jobs and factories. It is the fault of fat rich businessmen who will kill one another for a penny.

All India does, is picking up jobs that European and American coutries offer them. Through that, India advances into moder society.

  • british is english gay lol

  • 13:32 check out that hi spec monitor

  • lol

    =P

  • no wonder 500 pound british worker is costlier than a 50 pound indian worker ...

or may i call indian work machine ..

  • Do not take your old computers to a city recycling place,it is sent to India and they have access to your hard drives even if it is erased.

  • Show me the proof

  • Well, just take out the hard disk then.

Or put Linux Ubuntu on your old computer. Find your friendly neighborhood Linux-vangelist and he'll do it for free. (Well, he'll hope you'll come the Linux church on Sundays, but don't worry, they're not pushy.)

  • We send to Dhravi for recycling slum dog boy.

  • Atleast china does not lie like India of treating all citizens by fairness .China has not killled million Kashmiris with its Regular Army meant to defend country make them dispossed of there house economy and turn them on slums of Dhravi

Buddhist are hindus grand pa why iNDIA IS SCARD OF CHINESE MILITARY AFTER DEFEAT OF 1962 .That is the question to answer and not Ughyir who has no connection with Agha or Agha Khani muslims. They like all muslims will do it themselves .All muslims do !

  • Yeah, go crash more planes into buildings, and play right into the hands of the US government. U need 2b intelligent&creative to navigate around violent "solutions".

Look, you'd have to be a little more educated to debate with. Learn to speak good English, then come back to debate.

The real situation among nations isn't like a schoolyard of boys trying to be the toughest. Maybe you should go back to school because u have not passed that stage, neither in maturity nor in achieving literacy.

  • I would tell you to get a life, but you would need an education first.

  • i think they should call them call centers or better yet "stinky centers" ...LOL

  • The panda matters more

The race isn't even close. "India will never rival China," Khanna says. "India accounts for less than 2 percent of the global economy. It's not a superpower." Meantime, China's ever-accelerating "neo-mercantilist" freight train won't be slowed by demands for such democratic niceties as transparency or free expression. "The communist leadership is the most powerful emperor China has ever had. The Chinese people have a preference for stability over another revolution

  • My dear friend Agha China may be biggest rival of India. If we cant become the best we can at least be 2nd best. BTW powerful emperor China is repressing Ugihurs and Tibetians. Whats your say about that ?

  • What is great in being 2nd .for India .With Arrogence hated by Australia to Britain Mid East to Europe as long as you think Manoj Kumar Salman Khan are the Heroes and not Polio Vacc Inventer Salk Sabin whom Indian have no picture of nor you heard his name India will be and r rediculed despite you chest thumping Idiotic IIT Shyte IIBM And AIIMS good enough for tempo puller of Delhi but only code coolies for USA ..LOL

You are shameless people who dont even know how silly you are deluded

  • Dude, if you dislike Indians so much, why spend precious moments of your life on them?

What if Indians don't know the names Salk/Sabin? Do Europeans, Americans (or Habibies like u) know about Medical Geniuses?

When regarding Europeans or American coders, you will call them "Programmers" and "IT Professionals"; when regarding Indians doing the same work, you call them "code coolies"

There is nothing great even about being "1st" for ordinary citizens; it's just the pull of events, nothing more

  • Doesn't think twice about the operators accent...yes we fucking do! and we work in miles, not kilometers!!!!!!!!!

  • This is pretty disgusting to see our smart and educated are learning customs and accent foreign to them just to satisfy a fucking British pinhead who wud be dicky dumb head in reality.INDIANS turn down such jobs,we do a job of honour not just money.

  • It pains to see well educated middle class youngsters join these sweat shops as they are the new "clerical" jobs. Most of the MBAs land up hoping that this would be their transition job...not to forget the time sync factor which makes the productive generation in india to bring on health issues at an early stage in life...this is inturn increasig our over all growth as a nation ...as most of the money earned will end up as a medical bill.....so i dont see any "growth "

  • i can tell you how it feels down here in India. I worked for Dell as a senior technical support engineer and i know how the guys here are treated, they are set targets for sales, if u dont hit the target u cant leave,i've seen guys work for 15 hrs straight....Please donot think that we are having fun here, if there is one thing i disagree with this video its the fact that we are not allowed to reveal our location,it actually depends on the company u work for.FUCK THOSE CORPORATE BASTARDS.

  • Guys,

Lets be realistic here its neither Indians nor the Britishers who are winning here, its the fucking corporates who earn from one side of the world and feed the other end with shit to get their job done.

  • Whoever has done this research...the call centre is very under rated.....he is judging the whole industry only based on 1 company..coz this is not the truth...whn the work is outsourced n in 98% of the call centres if someone is asking u hows the weather there or whr r u frm...the employee has to respond that he/she is in India.coz Indian r proud to be Indians and they are proud of the fact that they are in India..some people are just jealous of India as it is the second fastest growing ecnomy.

  • Think its about time we stop doing everything and let the people in India do it for us say.. having kids, going to church, run the government etc etc. I am so motivated that my doctorate degree won't mean sh!t when I am done or I should just shut up to get paid 10th of our minimum wage.

  • see into history and think about the future when you pass a comment. earning a doctorate and thinkig like a moron is as foolish as not earning it in the first place.
