God never once sugar coated sin in the scripture and pointing something out isn't judging. God abhors this sin and also will forgive if we truly ask. He was also tempted in every manner that we are but didn't give in. Whatever our excuse or how we think we were born it still doesn't excuse sin or make it justified and hopfully one day Ray will ask for forgiveness and turn from his sin.

i saw this video for the first time in 1995, not long after I got married to my 'now' ex husband. we were living in Dunn, North Carolina at the time. the Pastor of our church showed this video to the Congregation. I cried then, as I have every single time I've seen it since. even now, watching it again, it made me cry. I cannot watch this video w/out crying. so heartbreaking. :(

this is one of the few religious songs that a lot of my relatives like. even my father who isn't that much into christain music likes this song. i am proud to say that i am christain and i will never deny him no matter what happens to me. If Mr. Boltz is struggling with this particular sin, i don't think that he is going to be damned if he dies before he overcomes it.
We are all sinners, saved by grace.
Please don't tell me that you are sinless.
I am not condoning his sin, but i believe that Christ died for His elect.

We were testimonies for my music class in sixth grade and I heard this song and fell in love with it. It helped realize that being persecuted is worth it, because the gospel will continue to spread farther. People need Jesus.

this is one of the few religious songs that a lot of my relatives like. even my father who isn't that much into christain music likes this song. i am proud to say that i am christain and i will never deny him no matter what happens to me. I am also teaching about how we need to always stand for what we believe in it for my sunday school class. they may be only 4-6 years old but they understand the importance of not denying HIM. we who are older need to pass this message on to everyone we meet!

I first heard this song when I was in high school. Our teen choir sang it and our director showed us this video. We were a bunch of tough country boys and there was not a dry eye among us. Even now, as a paid firefighter, this is on of my favorite songs. I just hope and pray that if the day ever comes were I must stand for the Lord Jesus or die, I will have the strength. Very powerful song. God bless.

I first heard this song when I was in conformation class. It was the summer I was at church camp this song was one we would sing every night. At the end of the week we saw a mock crucifix. It all came together after seeing that and I've been a fan of this song ever since. I fall back on it when I'm in a time of need. LOVE IT ALWAYS

I have loved this video since i was little. This is truly a heartwarming song that always brings tears to my eyes. I love it, this is how it should be. So many would not stand up now though sadly. I don't believe that anyone can strip away our ability to worship God. They can take away prayer in school, but they can't stop people from praying. We don't need a formal time organized for us. As ubelievable as it seems people have their freedom to worship God robbed from them more by organized religion than they do anywhere else. This is song is wonderful. Let's pledge allegiance more to Him than to what man builds.

Thanks, you are really sweet and right. I am heading to Africa to be a missionary, and I have recieved a lot of criticism over it. People think that a single woman going to a Muslim country is stupid, but I haven't found a man who wants to go with.

I heard something about that. Aren't not only the Muslims killing Christians but also people in Africa? I was told they they will kidnap children & cut their limbs off and then give them back to the parents. Is that true?

I'm an African and a christian from kenya and i havent heard any one being killed because of their faith. I'm glad that kenya is a christian Nation even tho they've tried introducing some islam laws in some regions which am glad it hasnt materialized.
