All you have to do is buy premixed drywall mud, take some out - add 1-2 cups of water [depending on how big the container is, I used a 5 gallon pail] add a $2. tube of colour tint and mix until it is like porridge- then scrape on your wall! If you want you can give 2-3 coats [let dry btwn coats] - then rub in [with a damp cloth] a darker colour. Maybe 1-2 shades darker or even metallic. Then burnish [rub/scrape lightly] with scraper. Saved hundreds on crappy "designer" paints or plasters!

faux Paint is NOT venetian plaster, like the lady said, she try,d to carry out the correct method but found it to difficult.
Thats because the real thing is for Pro,s and paint in a tin is for ????.
