Hmm, well, I have to say I don't normally like your videos, not because they're bad, in fact, they're quite good, but because I hate slash. However, this was pretty good.
I feel that slash is an innacurate representation of the Kirk and Spock relationship. Yes, they love each other, but they are not in love with each other. See?
Also, I absolutely hate Tisdale's voice in the song(and any other for that matter). The guy is pretty tolerable and I'm glad his voice is mostly over Tisdale's

@ImaginarySanity of course they're straight! Every time girl that's not uhura walks into the room with kirk funny music plays... It also appears to be fairly impossible for Vulcans to be... well... not straight... Look up "Guy love" from scrubs, a kirk and spock version...

And besides, it's the original series; there's always funny music playing. And even if that is true, that doesn't mean Kirk can't be bisexual. You also forget that Spock is half human and is clearly very capable of affection (Watch Star Trek The Motion Picture.)

@imYOURStanite let me rephrase all my previous statements about the whole spirk thing.... A) It highly depends on how you define love... Really do I believe that Spock cares about Jim? heck yes... And alot for that matter... Do I think Spock loves Jim the way that you would love a significant other? I can only be 99% sure he does...

While this question may not be answerable, I believe that he does, yet he still feels loyalty to his Vulcan half which holds him back from fully embracing this feeling in front of others... What happens when Kirk and Spock are simultaneously not in the scene, on can only speculate...
@imYOURStanite and lastly C) The last personal issue being can one love another and still be "straight"... To start with Star Trek was partially about pushing the boundaries of how people thought... You cannot simply define characters to fit your own needs. Spock and Kirk share a relationship that is so deep and complex that it can't be defined. And for the record, Vulcans don't HAVE to straight...Didn't Spock leave a little gap open when explaining pon farr?
...Also,the two have already 'made out' according to Vulcan culture. Take a look at 1:12!

Every other love is temporary (or drug induced, not really their choice, etc), but they always end up with each other as a "happy ending". Check it out. It's a relationship modelled on the Greek ideal (minus physical love, although the latter is "a possibility"). Roddenberry's own words.

And just because Kirk often 'gets the girl', that doesn't immediately imply that he's OMGTTLYSTRAIGHT. Alright, I really have been avoiding this vid. High School Musical just really isn't my thing. But I just watched it twice in a row and is now going in my favs. It's just so ridiculously cute!! Especially at 1:31-1:38!! Sorry, that it took me this long to get over myself.
Aw, that was fantastic! Such a cute and fun video showing their relationship. I must admit that I truly despise High School Musical, but I'm not holding that against this video. Added it to my favourites and gave it 5 stars.
