@horrorpup DEN Karpfenköder gibts nicht, Boilies haben den Vorteil, das sie selektiv sind, und man damit (fast) nur Carp fängt...nun, ich feeder lieber auf Karpfen, hab sie schon mit allen Ködern gefangen die so üblich sind (Mais, Maden, Wurm,...), sogar eine handvoll auf Fischfetzen, ohne witz!! jeder muss selbst für sich entdecken, was gut ist^^

würdest du in einem offenem see so einen karpfen heraus ziehen wäre der nicht maln 10 secunden dran glaubs mir die in dem teich sind daran gewöhnt zieh mal im see nen 10kg karpfen raus der zieht wie ein 20 kg aus dem teich

i found an area with alot of carp over 20lbs and i want to get one, the problem is the area is infested with weeds . any tips?

It depends on how high the weed is. Try surface fishing with bread or pop ups. If the weed isn't to high, maybe you can tie a longer hooklink and present a pop-up just above the weedline. Braided line could be useful, as it cuts the weed.

they are all the way to the top, and the carp feed on the bottom, and halfway up in the water. and 2 feet below the surface. its late now and the carp are probably gone.. but the tips will really help for next summer. the bread idea wont work, to many panfish in the area.

So they*re obviously feeding on snails and other stuff that hides in the weeds. Try them for example, or try something else like crayfish (peeled or as a sandwich) or mussel-flesh. Other fish will eat that too, but you'll have to deal with that. Stay patient, sooner or later an ol' carp will take it. And if you prefeed the spot with bread, the carp will ultimately be attracted to that and scare the smaller fish away. Keep it up!
