  • All these hating comments crack me up..its ok , to admit to yourself that you could never be in a physical level as this guy, but theres no point in trying to down on the accomplished work this guy has done on his body...america is fat, we all get that. Go workout for the first time in your life and maybe you will understand why people push it as far as they do, the energy is incredible after a hard workout and so is the rock hard confidence to after pushing yourself over the limit..

  • I mean I don't have the gains that guy has, thats for sure but I also won't have the pains he will have later. If the form isn't right then the amount of weight is wrong. I saw jerking and rocking. How much of the range needed to develope the muscle is lost. I find that the delts are easy to develope. Then again I'm not a competitive Body builder. Not hating just concerned about the technique.

  • putting a "rhythm" or momentum in to a movement is the best thnig you can do if you want to take stress of the muscle, momentum is an outside force that assists you in moving the weight... next to this is swinging. this dude can get away with it because of his genetics and drug assistance.

  • What he says is right about shoulders. I too noticed that when I use a good rhythm instead of perfect form I get better shoulder workouts.

  • everyone has their own ways in anything (especially for bodybuilders). many people do not know that what works for others may not work for themselves. besides little bit of cheating doesn't hurt anybody. in fact i think it does good. very good video

  • Hmm...I'm still a little skeptical though. I've always been a big fan of keeping a strict form in every exercise. Cheating only when reaching failure to squeeze the negatives. Still, good job.
