Essentially, I wasn't contouring anything, just swiping the bronzer across my cheeks and the bridge of my nose (which looks fine, since it looks like I've been out in the sun). But recently, I wanted to accentuate my cheekbones, too. Blush has always baffled me. I never know if I should just do the apples of my cheeks or what.

I have been looking for a paler skin contour video forever. The way you explained it was great! I was wanting to spend some extra money on some brushes for contouring as well as eyeshadow brushes.I have heard Sigma, Sonia Kashuk and Mac where the best. What do you recommend? I don't mind spending the money on the ones that are actually worth it in the long run. But, if there are others that are just as good I could use them too. Thanks again for the video!

very pretty! it is really hard to find the right looks for pale skin. however, instead of putting a whitesh highlighter on, try a more nude highlighter...us pale skins are white enough! :) also, when highlighting ur upper lip, just try a small amount above the cupids bow. it makes the lips pop without over-doing it. ur a very pretty girl so u can make these tricks a little more subtle. thanks for the help with the contour ideas though...i cant wait to try it!!
Your eye color is so beautiful. And so is your skin! My skin is the exact same color as yours. It is soooo hard to know what to do with your make-up when you have fair skin, this tutorial REALLY helped me out =D! Usually I just use bronzer all over my face and neck, and sometimes chest when I wear lower cut tops. I don't normally like embracing my fair skin when the weather gets colder and I can't go tan, but lately I've been looking for ways to make myself not look so fake during the fall and winter =], and this is the best video I found! This was very educational. Im just not sure what colours I need for the contouring bronzer colour or the blush colour since I dont really wear them (I want to, I just don't know which colours!). If you have a long chin can you do the forehead trick and put some bronzer on your lower chin to make it seem smaller? *I use a pale taupe colored eyeshadow from smashbox and multi colored concealer from Physicians Formula to contour my face. It's WAY cheaper, and works on my SUPER PALE freckled complexion.

I'm a professional photo-retoucher. The contouring that you are doing is fantastic. We do pretty much everything you do in this video using photo-editors on the PC to enhance beauty photographs. Well done! You could also learn how to 'sculpt' your lips with highlight/contour. 'Pop!' A suggestion: now that you 'have found your cheekbones' (so cute) you should investigate a '3' shape with your contour. It also helps define your cheeks better & enhances the jaw line. You're doing an amazing job!

Glad it helped! You don't need to use Hula, though - :) I've also used drug store brands with the same result. I even have a sonia kashuk powder foundation that is a little bit on the tan side that works well - so don't feel you need to spend $30 on Hula :)

It's great! I saw his videos too and then I saw yours in the related vids. It makes a big difference especially for photography and tv and all of that so it's very useful. 5stars and you're very pretty. And have some of the prettiest eyes i ever saw :))

i'm very fair skinned also and my makeup looks kind of orangy and un-natural out in the sun, and it looks worse when i put on bronzer can you recomend so cheap drugstore makeup for me please?

I watched this yesterday morning and used your tips last night and they made a world of difference! I understand the basics behind contouring and the shape of the face but just seeing it and seeing how you applied your highlighters and everything made the light bulb go off! Thanks!

I'm a professional photo-retoucher. The contouring that you are doing is fantastic. We do pretty much everything you do in this video using photo-editors on the PC to enhance beauty photographs. Well done! You could also learn how to 'sculpt' your lips with highlight/contour. 'Pop!' A suggestion: now that you 'have found your cheekbones' (so cute) you should investigate a '3' shape with your contour. It also helps define your cheeks better & enhances the jaw line. You're doing an amazing job!

Glad it helped! You don't need to use Hula, though - :) I've also used drug store brands with the same result. I even have a sonia kashuk powder foundation that is a little bit on the tan side that works well - so don't feel you need to spend $30 on Hula :)
