Watch it again, he does. You'll find 'animation' in the 'window' dropdown menu. Make your desired first frame visible, click the layer icon in the animation window, select the desired length of the frame by clicking the little black flag next to '0 sec.'. Then change the visibilaty of your layers until you see the picture you want the first picture to change to. Click icon, set time and continue until you have all the desired frames in the animation window. Push play and you have your animation.
