Seattle is Crazy!! I hate Seattle for its high rates of MS, Bipolar syndrome, Autism, suicide, ADHD(coffee in adults), mania road rage, heroin addicts.
WARNING:
DO NOT MOVE TO SEATTLE TO AVOID THESE DISEASES!
DO NOT HAVE CHILDREN IN SEATTLE OR KEEP YOUR FAMILY ON 50,000 UNITS OF VITAMIN D PER DAY!
@ArhasSalvatore Bipolar 1 is where you have one or more manic episodes. manic means extreme elevated or irritable mood with high energy levels. depression does not have to be present but normally it is.
Bipolar 2 is where you have hypomanic episodes in combination with major depressive episodes. hypomanic means the same thing as manic but less extreme. major depressive episode mean you have a low mood, loss of interest or pleasure, and low self-esteem.

The Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) is a mental health watchdog, responsible for helping to enact more than 150 laws protecting us from abusive or coercive practices.
CCHR has fought to restore human rights to mental health, including, full informed consent regarding the medical legitimacy of psychiatric diagnosis, risks of psychiatric treatments,
and the RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT. I was a victim of psychiatry for many years, Im not part of this CCHR.org but agree 100%
MOUST OF THE DESEASES OF THE LAST CENTURIE IS AN OUTPUT OF THE FAKE FREEDOM WE HAVE AND THE STRESS AND MENTAL PRESSURE WE MUST ENDURE => IT'S MOUSTLY A SPIRITUAL THING => IT THAN MANIFESTS IN DESEASES AND OR ACCIDENTS ETC... THERE'S A LOT MORE GOING ON THAT SCIENCE DOESN'T KNOW YET OR KNOWS OR HAS A SUSPISCION ABOUTH IT BUT DOESN'T WANT TO RESURCH BECAUSE OF THE MONEY INVOLVED => WE NEED TO CHANGE THE WORLD AND THE WAY WE THINK :-)
Be cautious , take some means , try and protect yourselves and endure it and just slowly slowly , with friends and family you just passed the situation fine , and then you get wiser with experience and you get better and better man and set goals for yourself , and that's how it is.
What i am saying is , when you are driving , you must be cautious to do not hit a car that has another people in and to return safely home or go where you want to go whether is recovery city and in whatever car you are in , Even that is depression Lamborghini , or the Anger Lamborghini than you have and then you don't hit the gas , you go slowly , when you are in the Anger Lamborghini . .. And that how as a result it is when you have a depression , anger or whatever it is , develop neutrality
There is something from my experiences again . Though, depression and every feeling is Like a Car , You let the car pass by it leaves , but if you acknowledge that car just like you see A Lamborghini you say wow , and you get in that car, even instinctively , well then , Than Cars name might be depression or anger or another feeling . You drive the car and you yourself , you can either lead it to Recovery City or Drive to the Trauma City , Know that the car is not Stationary , you ignore it
Hey , why don't you guys scream? , turn depression to anger, it will be really cool , i used this when i was depressed and i had some dumbells , so my anger just got me a new hobby , i scream the hell with this shit , raaaaaaaaaarrggh , you if you do this you are not crazy , you must express yourself.I also used anger as a tool for productiveness , i think if you acknowledge all those bad thoughts then you will give them originality , ignore them or turn them into another road.
And by saying losers i mean not the people that lose , Those are the people who strive to develop and go where they want in life , contenters in their truest form , but i am talking about the losers, you know those people that just want to make you look different to others , The best way to learn how to deal with such things is to know how to measure up people , know what they are doing and for what purpose, be an easy communicator and look and much as fit in the social image. It willMakeThemMad!
From the momment they have feared depression or they are comfortable with it , they are depressed and they are developing the attitude of depression . People i have passed this thing , what i did i have expressed myself through Drawing and Music Videos in my Old Youtube account that i have closed , hesephirothsson was my old account , and talk to friends to help me , in fact listen to others and their sotries about depression , realise we all are the same and that there are some losers too
Because my friends ,with depression it comes loneliness and loneliness will bring you many mental conflict that they will might even make you feel crazy , the greatest fear of man is that he is alone on earth so please, do a favour to yourslef and open up , don't get hold to that current mindset, because that mindset is temporary and it's not like a universal mind or anything, OK? Depression is not love nor a comfort zone , depression is something people fear , and the they don't realise that .
Now i can talk about this experiences that i have had , they were numerous experience to it , what you have to do is to try and see things in a neutral way , then you will find faith , everythink is going to be fine , this is what i really want so i don't care what will happen , i know what i want to create and do and so i am Lucid , and for myself and for my motives , all that is needed is not to avoid people because your are depressed in fact , tell them that your are depressed and YouNeedHlp
My motives Were to be Number 1 , and yes after the summer thing got better to me , i became a whole new person , I was constantly on the run , i becan socialising , reading how to be better and then i got to some exceptional status that i even surprise others, i gave it then a rest for a while and here i am better than before so i say it doesn't matter, depression doesn't matter , slowly slowly , it will become your attidute and you don't want that , don't familiarise with it please!JustDoThings
I Feel into depression too , because i wanted to be recognised by my efforts, because i worked really hard, i did not stop to rest , i used to run in the house to get my stuff and do my work, i mean run , no rest like other people who work hard , no walking , running , being very disciplined , i remeber i couldnt't understand other peoples jokes , i got into trouble and shit like that , but through that seriousness of mine i just never give up , the heck with that i said, my motives where to be.
Thank you so much for sharing your story - I can identify with you so much. You are very brave - thanks for showing that bipolar people can be normal. Way to break the stigma!
Up to 1:20 you just told my life story. Only from college I jumped to suicidal and got put in the hospital. I'm fine now. On meds, all shapes and sizes. I hope you do get that book out there so people can see and maybe have some kind of understanding. We matter. Thanks for posting this!
You are really cute. I have had 2 manic episodes as a result of being on too much Prozac. That's awesome you're writing a book... I've been thinking of writing a book too.... My manic episodes were such interesting experiences...... I feel like it would be more than enough material for a great book. Take it easy cutie :)
its awful she had to be subjected to electro shock therapy (0.0) there are talk therapies that can do so much more for an individual. This just seemed like a graphic run down of the symptoms. the young lady has my deepest sympathies for what she had to go through. I would just be curious if she's on medication and/or still seeing a therapist?
Thank you for sharing your story. I just want you to know that you are not alone. I hope for the best and everything.

Why were you initially diagnosed as bipolar II before you had experienced a manic episode? Just curious.

I had a debilitating depressive episode when I was around fourteen years old--I couldn't think or move my body.
