First of all, both of you need a life. if you are going to judge someones technique then u first need a dance education... and further more dont u dare judge the alvin Ailey dance company's technique ever again. you certainly do not have the right to. and as for Jessica she was 1. dancing with broken ribs, and 2. she is a better dancer than you could ever dream to be...once again find something other than watch reality shows. its sad.

I never really notice Jessica lacking. I don't see what everyone's talking about.

But i don't think they stand out as much as the others.

You can tell that Josh/Katee, Twitchington, Chel/Mark and Gev/Courtney are the top couples with the voters. It'll be interesting how American lines them up when it gets down to the final 8.

Right now my faves are Gev, Courtney, Chelsea and Mark. They're my pick for the finale.

The favoritism they show Will is awful I feel so bad for Jessica .. It is a very unfair situation! I do like Twitch and Kherington the last 2 dancer where not so great .. I did like the first part of the DUC.

The judges all do have there fave's and they are not shy about it that is for sure trying to sway the votes for sure!

I don't know...you and Nigel must have been watching a different set of solos from what I was watching. I thought Kton's solo was boring....very cliche, nothing imaginitive or passionate. I thought Jessica had the best solo of the night. But I guess different strokes for different folks.

Hi girls! I've been enjoying your commentary about SYTYCD - but have you been getting tired? Your comments seem less sharp over the past two weeks. In any case, I wasn't a Comfort fan, so I didn't weep over her dismissal - but I thought her personal, final comments were about as sincere as any I've heard. Like you, I was wondering whether Jessica was going to bust out of that top. Alvin Ailey Troupe? EXTRAORDINARY! Cat Deeley? The best, all 'round host of any reality show.

Hahahaha you noticed the runaway curl too! That thing looked like it was alive and was about to choke her to death. Comfort's solo was good but it was time for her to go. Thayne's was good too. Jessica's solo was crap. Will, Kherington and Twitch's solos were the best so far on the season!

Comfort deserved to go - she just wasn't cutting it. Thayne I'm not so sure about. I can understand the judges inclination to send home 2 females.

First time I've heard of or seen Katy Perry and I was actually quite impressed with her performance (and I enjoyed the song!)

Cat Deeley deserves a shout-out. She is an awesome host - sincere, articulate and compassionate. One of the best hosts of all the reality shows (but Tom Bergeron is still my personal fav!)

Twitch and Will's solos were awesome, I can't stop watching them. As for those So Real t-shirts they were wearing, I looked back at it Twitch, Will, Comfort, Joshua, and I believe Gev had all those shirts on. Does anyone else think they should've kept Thayne and actually got rid of 2 girls? I saw on one blog someone commenting about Will and Thayne dancing together which would be awesome.

Sorry third comment, should have condensed this. The reason I'm giving you a lower vote on this (even though your show was good) was the fact you decided to judge the musical performance without watching it. Sure you may not enjoy the connotation that the song may show, but say "one hit wonder" etc. without watching the live performance (which was actually decent) is just too judgmental for me without reason. Keep doing what you're doing, good vids, just noting the bad point.

Well, then you should give Jessica's boobs more of a try..they're not that bad :) J/K. You know, on the SYTYCD website, they give some details about themselves and Jessica filled in 2 or 3 nicknames, one of them "Busty." So, she must be proud of them, and you're right, it probably was an effort to stay...maybe trying to put the judges in a "boob trance."

I didn't like the musical guest either and said "1 hit wonder" to myself, too. That's the type of 'bubblegum' sh*t Nigel was talking about.

It was so funny to find the critique of this show because I remember that wild curl very well. I kept thinking they'd fix it with every commercial break. A memorable moment(s) from the show. I like Kat, she seems very kind and demonstrative, and bravo for her for avoiding the Hollywood nose job trap.

omg, the group dance took FOREVER to film because of those lights... it was AMAZING though. I felt like you didn't end up seeing the best shot of the heart though. (We saw it soooo many times, it was ridiculous).

I don't know what was up with the IV Real shirts, but Josh was wearing it too... it was all the African American dancers. Don't know why though.

Katy Perry was like my favorite performer this year... but maybe because I was there. She was like looking straight at me half the time

I agree. She was sooooo cute! She was definitely looking in my direction a lot while she was singing. And she's gorgeous too... her eyes are amazing. I didn't know who she was before tonight, but I'd heard the song before and liked it. And I thoroughly enjoyed her performance. I usually fast forward through the musical guest, and that wasn't exactly an option when you're there, but I definitely enjoyed it.
