@MARXOSIS It's the USA rom, but the original file I used for the IPS patch may have been modified ever so slightly from me fooling around with SMB3 Workshop. I re-downloaded a fresh ROM and made a new patch from it, so it should be working fine now.

should i apply it to a USA rom or JPN rom? i applied your patch to the PRG0 and PRG1 versions of the USA rom version without any luck =/
