@Lesnification Usually the gunner of the cannon yells out when he lets loose so the Forward Air Controller can be watching for the splash. Usually he simply yells "Shot" to get everyones attention so the FAC can give corrections back to the gunner and then the gunner will adjust his fire for effect. Sounds like this gunner prefers to yell "Bang" instead. Hope that helps.

There's a famous Apache strafing gun cam where the FCO tells the gunner "l want you to pull the trigger 'till they don't get up" which was used in Modern Warfare 2 and Prototype.

Because Gunship mission footage is classified. This video never even should have made it out, but it did. You want to see more of this, join the Air Force and go fly on Gunships or get a ground support job for them. That's about the only way you'll see any more footage of what they do.
