Rizwan and Muazzam are very respected and popular qawwals in their own right, they did a gr8 job in Coke Studio, lets not compare anyone with Ustaad NFAK, its not fair for anyone, that league started with him and ended with him, we will never get another NFAK EVER. On a diff note , talking about all fusion music that exists there I actually like Coke Studio, again can';t be compared with any of the respective originals but in terms of fusion experience its very good.

guys you cant possibly compare the two versions. in other words you cannot compare Nusrat Fateh Ali (late) with anyone for that matter, not just coke studio. but it was still an effort and one must appreciate coke studio's projection of the folk music. rohail hayat is no less than micheal brooks i tell you. : )

BRO. what do i feel and listen is different version... this sufic kalaam ... i must suggest to listen PTV-version by an artist can't recall the name he sung it at very different level, also i recon to listen RAHAT FATEH ALI KHAN's too.. then you will come to know.. COKE STUDIO is an outstanding experiment which came up outstanding performances and ideas..... bottom line nobody can ever touch the GREAT NFK... i also request to listen CS version and feel the difference by yourself
