@murktee 1. It took him a long time 2. he eats 250-300 grams of protein per day 3. he does cardio in the morning and weight training at night. 4. he has 2 big meals per day and no carbs 4 hours before he goes to bed.
@murktee If your in college, you wont get a body like this. just pointing that out right now. This guy looks like this for a career, so you can imagin how much time a day he spends on his physique. If your asking how much time it would take, I can tell you that you dont have enough time. I estimate this look took him over a decade. The guy was in the military, went to westpoint, and was a wrestler. If you want to look like this, you better invest years and years.
All you need is a good routine, pick up a pre-existing one like PHAT, madcows, 5/3/1, etc. Good nutrition (learn to count cals, look up your required macronutrients), tons of rest, consistency and progressive overload. This takes YEARS to build so unless you're serious about fitness, you won't achieve this. Supplementation is good too.. a multi for your micros, creatine mono if you want, fish oil, etc. All I'm gonna say is if you are passionate about it you will reach your goals.
@murktee Personally fitness is my passion and I spend at least 1h30 in the gym, 4 to 5 times a week. I am in college too and it is definitely doable. Also add more time for cooking meals, reviewing macros in the beginning, etc. About 7 to 10 hours a week. I work part time, go to school full time , go to the gym consistently and still have time to chill.
21's are great for post bicep workouts! Another way you can explode them is to change your grip to palms down....sounds like a great way to super set 21's!
that's a good name for this exercise

I would assume 6-8 years if you have great genetics, also note that Plitt is not totally natural as he did juice in the past, although not anymore.

Also, it becomes a part of you, a LIFESTYLE. I think about it daily, make sure I do things right. It's not a chore if you love it.
