... are you aware of Eurobeat and Eurodance? How about the fact that it predates the so called "scene" in North America? This song was on Bassmachine first (Festfolk) and then updated for this song.

And this album wasn't rereleased in English ever. The song titles were translated, and a few songs updated to include some English words. Mostly, though, this is the songs just remastered. And most of the remasterings suck anyways.
