i dont understand when i have to use haeng and when si after places =/

@delishez91 시 (si) is attached to city names to tell you that it is a city eg. 목포시, 강릉시, 대전시, 천안시.
행 is attached to destinations, when something is bound for something. eg. 부산행 bound for busan, 부산행 열차 train headed for busan, 부산행 버스 bus headed for busan.
