  • Boom ! Great food ; )

  • salt is so bad for you ,your undoing all the goodness by adding that poison shame

  • @TheBostin Table salt is bad, but sea salt is fine.

  • I honestly love your videos. I went raw a long time ago, and failed. Only because I didn't care or have the interest, I was doing it because it sounded "fun". But now I'm doing it for all the right reasons, the reasons why you do it. It's hard for me though, I'm so hungry. What are good long lasting filling foods??

  • awwwwwwwwww can you be my boyfriend

  • Food scraps should be composted

  • Food scraps shouk

  • Excellent raw dinner. Thanks for sharing :)

  • does anyone know what kind of food processor that is?

  • @melzio69 its a Cuisinart.

  • dan do u think the "vegie burgers" from the supermarket are ok ? ie part of raw food diet, is non processed ??

  • Were those macadamia nuts souked? :) Can you souk them and then lay them back into the plastic bag?

    :)

  • you cook like a black person.....you dont measure anything.....you just estimate and pour.

  • @ads4111 Estimate & pour is also my method :-)

  • Okay - 2 avo's =41 grams fat, 2 cups mac nuts = 203 grams fat, 2 cups walnuts = 130 grams fat, 2 TBSP. hemp oil 27 grams fat for a total of 401 GRAMS OF FAT and a total of 3,925 calories from pure fat!!! Good fat or bad fat, it is still FAT and VERY damaging to your body and not much better than that cheeseburger. I'm with MarkAngeloc who is just telling the truth. Dan might win the popularity contest. Fat is Fat no matter how you slice it.

  • Dan , if you got rich , would you hire a full time juicer cleaner ? I swear sometimes my juicing is limited by my ability to force myself to clean up . 3 times seems to be my daily limit . I would love to juice 5-6 times , but I have a regular job too . Peace .

  • LOVE THESE TACOS!!!

  • Dan, I just read a comment saying that you read each and everyone comment so I want to say HI!!! and that I'm always impressed with your videos and love love love you and your message. I share alot of these to my friends. Last june you inspired me to get a juicer and for my birthday last month i manifested a blendtec! I just want to say keep doing what you are doing, you are doing a great job and alot of people are hearing your message. Lives are changing!

  • Thank you Dan that looks really tasty, Iove the idea of cheese I'll have to try this!!

  • a good substitute for the meat would be mushrooms. esp. good on raw vegan burgers. it could be cooked mushrooms too. i think the mushrooms are better/healthier becuase the nuts can be really heavy. esp. that much and not soaked.

their are lots more alternatives. just saying. becuase that was a lot of nuts. and they weren't soaked either.

    main thing: raw vs healthy?!?!?

something to think about. -fruits&veg FTW!!!

  • That looks better than cooked vegan food! :) Im a die hard, hard core, strict vegan

  • That looks better than cooked vegan food! :)

  • Your inspiration + My Dedication = Life Regeneration!

    CAN YOU DIG IT!?

  • Can I use nutritional yeast instead of Brewer's yeast? Will the nut cheese come out okay? I only have nutritional yeast.

  • Your skin is super radiant! Do you dry skin brush too or is it just the product of raw foods?

  • @markangeloc stop putting your nastiness and hate into what you are doing. People can make their own decisions. Give the public credit for the ability to think for ourselves, we CERTAINLY dont need YOU to do it for us..

  • @markangeloc Way more than most people would do. Also, Im tired of people expecting something for nothing. Dan offers special longer videos, supportive diet communities and things he cannot offer in 10 minutes. He has given literally hours of fun, advice, encouragement and support for nothing. When he plugs a product he likes and uses, why shouldnt he get a kickback from the company that earns sales from that? Its a standard brokerage like buying a house. spelchek is ur frend.

  • This is probably a dumb question, but I was wondering if those macadamina nuts were unshelled that you put in there? They didn't look like it and I am sure you can only buy them shelled right? So shelled or not before you put them in?

  • I'm totally diggin your friend there ;)

    Great recipe Dan, thanks

  • you have such a healthy look

  • U look FINE!!!! LOL DAMMMMNNNN DAN U LOOK AMAZING! XXX

  • Oh talk about YUM! That just looks amazing! Well Dan the Man, I have a problem. I'm allergic to all nuts except Almonds, Peanuts, and Pistachios. I eat raw Almonds but I am allergic to raw peanuts and I don't like them anyway. What could I substitute with? I love salsa. I love Mexican food and this just looks too good for words! I want to prep this meal and show my non-raw friends how yummy it is! As always, thank you so much for making the video. All parts were smooth. <3 <3 <3 <3

  • Thank you for these really yummy looking recipes. I really want to go raw. However, I some obstacles to face. 1) I really can't afford a food processor or juicer right now. 2) I have serious allergies to nuts, beans, and lentils and so I am not sure how to get my protein source without having to eat meat.

  • Dan!!! This was so easy and so good!! Thank you so much for these recipes. They make going raw a lot less intimidating.

  • you're making me hungry that looks so good!

  • Omg, that looked so good. Am about to get started too so thanks for these! =)

  • Thank you for the TRANSITIONAL recipe ... this is exactly what I need! Greetings and thanks from Israel! :-)

  • Excellent assortment of recipes all from a food processor!!! Rock on Dan!! Thx so much buddy...Love from NC!!!! ;)

  • Thanks for he recipe Dan!

  • that all looks and i bet is fantastic. Ive been watching u for awhle now. still learning here and there. Am i understanding that the chips and crackers are transition foods to help people ease into raw food diet?

Just curious also since i havent watched all the videos. If on a cold winters day youre sick dont u ever feel like having some hot soup? what do u do as a replacement for that? i cant seem to go without hot soup.

  • Can the cheese be done with nutritional yeast instead of brewers?

  • the salsa looks delicious!

  • Wondering if buying veggies from a regular grocery store vs whole foods would still be as healthy... hmmm.. WholeFoods is really expensive in Rhode Island.

  • DAN! Did you SOAK your NUTS?? Or do you just use them raw.......inquiring minds want to know :)

  • Excellent Vid dude!!

  • Great vid Duuuuuuuude!!

  • Why wasn't I invited! :-D Why don't you wash all your veges?

  • My mouth is watering ..... everything looks soooo gooood

  • Nice Job Dan. Love the efficiency, keep it going man. Peace.

  • You Rawk Dan! Great recipes - we can all feel the love. You're a sweetheart!

  • If you can make me a sandwich, I can GET RID OF MY WIFE :D

  • @1Nekit1 LOL :D

  • That salsa looks great. Keep it up =)

  • I`m subscribing for Jesus recepies:D

  • Dan this is just Awesome :D love the recipes!!! Thats transitional genius right there.. I myself am not 100% raw by any means.. But I am 100% dairy free and glutenfree. I am slowly on the way.. I juice and incororate lots of greens and fruits in my diet! BTW I think a video on gluten isuess would be GREAT! Thanks for all your efforts :D

  • I <3 this! Please do more meal-typr videos if you can. I'm 15 and new to the whole vegan thing(: Do you have a suggestion for the best milk substitute? Thanks!

  • Dano, I sent you an email, I'm sure you get 1000's a day, but please read mine if you get time. I am ready to quit this whole health thing man...need to tell you why, please read.....

  • Love the taco meat recipe! So simple!!!

  • Thank you Dan The Man! You really do have the Master Plan!! Keep up the excellent work brother. You are an inspiration to me and my family! God bless you!

  • @markangeloc. The difference is that the fat in nuts has not been chemically altered by cooking. The most stable fat is the saturated kind which includes butter and coconut oil but all others should not be cooked. We need the oil from flax seeds and nuts in our diet as we cannot make them ourselves. I hope that helps :)

  • Same from us in England yay!! Brill recipes thanks!

  • Thanks Dan went out today and making them all!

  • wow, thats pretty cool! id like to try this

  • Ani Phyo has some really good recipes. I just bought her book and it's great. She also has a youtube channel.

  • @b0ondockz Cool! I was just talking to Ani yesterday... She is a master! :D

  • @liferegenerator Sweet, you guys should do something together man. You need a book, with all of the raw food and juice recipes you have, plus the detox info. I would deffinetely add that to my library.

I love the transition food recipes you've been making. Thanks.

  • how come you didn't soak the nuts?

  • u gotta love paprika!

  • Hey Dan,

looks like you are filling out and look way stronger! hope you are well.

  • @markangeloc Settle down, Chief. These are *transition* recipes that make it easier for fat asses like myself to work ourselves into the raw lifestyle slowly but surely. The key element here is the 'surely' part.

  • @cdag24 the key here is that most replace one food addiction for another and that is madness expect a different result from doing the same things. There is no medium road here, behavior needs to change bottom line. Either your in or your out. Nuts are super unhealthny for you, there not made for human consumption. Read 80 10 10 by Dr. Graham. You are consuming more fat and harder to digest plus it will dehydrate the living daylights out of you. No such thng as transition, thats a human cope out.

  • @markangeloc Normally I wouldnt get involved in these types of conversations, but you are making a fool of yourself. Dan has been asked to offer transition foods, he is offering choices which are better than the standard American diet, the intention here is to help with cravings. If a person spent the day eating smoothies juices and salads, and finishes the day with a mostly vegetable few nut meal which is I believe Dans intention, that is a great start.

  • @whytlillith How am I making a fool of myself exactly by giving my opinion as a certified nutritional consultant and a raw vegen himself. Transitional foods are more damaging than good especially when a person is still eating a SAD. Nuts don't help with cravings they increase them and create diabetis by stoping the Insulin receptors from working. He didnt use a few nuts it was massive amounts of fats. I know Dan means well, I am just giving my opinion.

  • @markangeloc The standard american diet these days consists of a donut & coffee in the morning, snacks from the vending machine a little later, a foot long subway hero for lunch or mcdonalds, a snack from the coffee truck, and pizza soda and ice cream for dinner. Eating meals like this to get off the "standard american diet" is like giving up crack cold turkey and immediately getting on the path to becoming sober. This stuff is way better than the shit most people are eating. Nothing bad here.

  • @b0ondockz I know what the SAD consist of, I am a certified Nutritionist, this stuff is just as damaging, wrong food combinaton, excess amounts of fats concentrated and will make your liver, pancreas work over time. Your body needs to cleanse, fruits and veggies are the way to remove the mucus, parasites and toxins that continue to keep you addicted and fat.

  • @markangeloc Nothing is serious Mark... I have been observing your energy for some time now and even if you eat the best diet in the world you are always putting others down with an air of superiority! What goes into your mouth is nowhere near as important as what comes out of it! Please for your sake consider what I am sharing here and I would not waste my time with you if I did not see some hope for you to make a positive difference in the world! Find peace in everything and see the beauty.

  • @liferegenerator you tell him baby!

  • @tinateeni No I will tell him, Dan has a geat heart but his need for sucess and his ego is getting in his way. He has lost site of his intnetions, and as most on this realm will sell out. I know what I am talking about, I walk the walk and talk the talk. I believe in tough love, none of this stroking, baby steps kind of thing. I owned a wellness center and have worked with food addicts, I am an Occupational Therapist and well versed in Pschology, nutrition.

  • @markangeloc I'm so SICK of people telling dan he's a " sell out." Just stop it already. He is giving you FREE informantion on how to make your life and health better and all you can do is sit there and bitch about it. Go do something productive rather than spewing out hate. And if you don't like his videos click the freaking X on the page.

  • @tinateeni If expressing truth is hate than I am guilty of the crime. I watch Dan not to get his information, i am well aware of nutrition, raw foods, and spirituality. I enjoy watching him when his alignment is in his origianl intent. The eating of high fat foods being raw or cooked is creating diabetis, disabling insulin receptor cells du to the damage the high fat is causing. Anything above 8to 10% of fat will create a vicious cycle of diseases in your body be it raw or cooked.

  • @liferegenerator Dan I love you man, don't get me wrong, it's the movement that I see which is deceiving people and using those of weakness to sell their potions. You don't know me or my ife to make a judgement of my character from a few threads, so please keep the psycho analogy out of this. I know to well the balance needed to bring on the changes needed in our spirit. This whole new age propaganda is deceiving people. Who are you to proclaim hope for me, your ego is getting ahead of ur spirit

  • @liferegenerator You have to agree that food is not the issue here it's behavior. You are labeling me as negative and asking me to find peace. We are all here to work through many issue, the numging factor of this world food being one of them does not allow us to be aware and awake of what is really behind the curtain. People will take one vice and replace it with another. Selling them one type of drug for another is not the solution, that is all I am saying. Nuts are very unhealthy.

  • @liferegenerator you are telling people what they want to hear and that is why they are cheering, but you are trying to play it safe and be on the fence to develop popularity. I on the other hand will always tell people the truth and look out for their best interest not mine. There is both side in a coin, this realm has war and it has peace both serves us well to evolve into something greater. Reread the Essene Gospil of peace, you are steering away from it's message.

  • @liferegenerator Good answer! Keep up the good work, Dan!

  • @markangeloc mark whats up with the superiority and arrogance, pride comes before the fall so pleas humble yourself while visiting Dan's channel and show a little humanity. there might be a slight chance for you to come down off you throne yet and join the rest of us in the real world.

  • @238raymo I don't feel superior, just sharing information take it or leave it. I am sorry you perceive me as arrogant or on a throne, just because I disagree with the message. I do live with the rest of you in the real world, bur as Jesus once said be in the world but not of it. It's amazing how those addicted to food will say and do whatever to justify their addiction. The first step to change is awareness, not exchanging addictions.

  • yes, i can dig it, dan!!!! thanks for sharing!!!

  • You are sooo cool! I make the walnut taco meat also.

It's time for you to open your own restaurant and/or network show. You can do it!

  • Yummy!!!...Does anyone know if Organic Beer is good for you???...I tried it recently at a bar in South Beach..the taste was ok..how is it made??..Can I drink it like once or twice a month??..After watching this video all i want is tacos, chips, and BEER!!..lolz.. <3

  • @cafeconlechegrl Alcohol is never good for you, at least in your blood.. Do not let anyone fool you by sayin 'x thing organic'. Just because it says organic it does not mean that is healthy.

    Cheers

  • Wow!! Very slick presentation.

  • Everything sounds so good. I like that you stop the camera and transition. It really feels like a time saver :) Good job.

    Iris

  • I would have never thought to use cucumbers as chips. Taking it to the next level. Thanks Dan for your patience and willingness to be a teacher of living.

  • you dont have to, o come on lol looks like ur fienden for a big bong hit haha

  • @AapoR I read every single comment bro! Thank you! I appreciate all the feed back!

  • hey dan, i have pain in my legs, do you think juicing will relieve it

  • @ygftghk I believe Dan would say yes, especially if it's caused from inflamation. You might also want to cut some things out of your diet like dairy, sugar and wheat gluten. But definately, adding green juices will help.

  • Nice Vid Dan the Man! Jeremy

  • looks really tasty

  • Dan! U DA MAN!!!

  • Love This Recipe! I'm really attracted to "transition" recipes that will appeal to friends and family! And definitely for mySelf...Sometimes I can eat really light, raw fruit and veges, but there are certain times where I really must have something with a lil more mouth Appeal(0: A recipe like this is definitely a good alternative to a heavier cooked meal. Thanks for the GrEat Vid DAn!

  • DAN YOU'RE SOOO SEXY!!!

  • @playmakers372 Word!!

  • no reason to add salt learn to eat without it

  • @ticketforhealth The body needs Sodium. Nothing wrong with a dash of sea salt or himalayan salt.

  • @drvenik you get enough salt if you eat veggies that are high in sodium like celery and other greens. Dan only added the salt because he is doing transition recipes which is great.

  • @ticketforhealth thats the understatement of the week!

  • YES

  • I gotta try this. Too bad its so fatty. I tend to get sleepy and foggy after a heavy nut-based meal. But it still must be tried!

  • I love that you're doing videos for those who are transitioning. Thank you!

  • wow that looks much better than a regular taco:P i´ve actually tried this lettuce leaf thing, im not raw but i was cutting out carbs... and used leattuce instead:)
